I can totally agree with this. Because I faced the problems created by this education system. I was in a normal govt. School, and there do enjoyed my whole day of school with my teachers and friends, there i scored good marks each year. But, when I get into a high profile govt. School in covid times, they suddenly started giving too much homework and creating pressure of studies. May be you would not believe. 😢I got a very problematic and frustration full disorder(Obsessive cuompulsive disorder) because of my depression for 2-3 months. I still could not overcome this disorder, and in my this high profile school, instead of doing better in academics, i am doing worst ever because of my disorder. Right now I am in 11th, exams are close and i may fail!😥

Yes whatever suggestions he gave at the end were absolutely right and I really agree with them and also I was thinking today that I have such a pressure to have good score, i really want that this marking system should be converted in just grading system ,so there'll be less pressuring atmosphere in society for students. And no race to be topper it's really important,, it's a very tough thing to highlight that actually 90-95% reason for degrading education system is teachers because if they would do their jobs properly there'll be no requirement for external educators, and also parents and society just crushing us to be good although they're just increasing stress. It's my wish that only worthy people would become teachers rather than those who just want salary every month,, psychology seems very stupid to us but it's the main thing,, education system is so important that it aids all sector and field, but still the government is concerned about making a temple, it's such an ironic thing we believe schools are equal to temple,, just think if we would have build more schools, universities and iits... And it's again I'm saying grading system change hona chaiye percentage ki jagah grades ya CGPA system jaisa kuch ho jise ristedar kam mar paaye marks jaane ko.....

In my school teachers just focus on giving homework. They think that giving homeworks will improve our learning. They just come , write on board and speak bla..bla..bla.. and then they go. They are not interested in teaching us 😥. I am feeling shame on my country's education system.

True I never got the opportunity to play properly and same to can i see for my cousin , his condition is even worse than me he is in class 4 his parents put so much pressure on him of study he had to attend school after which staright 3 hour tution. I don't think so he will able to develop his mind properly socially till his college years... One he talked me about that his school friends go park to play they talk about the good moments in park in school... Then he feel seprated....

I know what I and my friends who had same goals (they are in IIT's now) have been through my childhood. Just because you had had fun doesn't mean everyone has been through same.

Also copy checking and project submitting should be avoided it takes days to complete it and teachers check it in a few seconds which is not right according to me and also parents pressure on children for getting full marks should be avoided so that children don’t get stressed and depressed ❤

Total population of Finland is around 56 lakhs and our India's population is around 140 crores . Because of some following reasons we can't adopt Finland education system :- 1. Population 2. Job opportunity :- in india we are not able to provide jobs to each unemployed due to very large pop. That's why we need rank system and in Finland pop. Are in small amount they can easily provide jobs to every person who wants to employ. We can't able to shift in another education system but we make little change to improve our education system

Thanks for your informative and thoughtful content. I only have different opinion regarding school uniform as because there is huge differnce in rich and less privileged class. So, costly cloths of one student/child can cause adverse effect on the mind of less privileged one.
