Sefrou is an old town near Fez which is unknown but packs so much history: from the oldest and biggest jewish community to a 100 year old cherry festival to grandma's recipes and paradise waterfalls, this is probably the most underrated place I've ever visited in Morocco. And it's all super cheap!
