Amen. Not only they are not praying but they are not saying vows in the ceremony. They are making promises that have nothing to do with sacrifice and denying themselves but instead reciting poems and romantic promises. They are not vowing accoring one flesh and forever no matter what. This is what Ive witnessed

Thank you for this in my desperation to getting married I told friends I will just go to registry court and call my pastor because I’m so tired. I’m 32 and still a virgin and praying for Gods intervention today 🙏🏽

In our culture, we invite pastors to bless our traditional marriages. So why do we feel the need to follow our traditional marriage with a Western-style wedding? The Bible says, "Where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there with them." God isn't confined to a church building; He lives within us. Let's stop promoting white weddings and instead celebrate and honor our own beautiful traditions.
