Hi, great video. What do you do when this is the case: the salt is going down, but the water isn't getting softer?
it could be regenerating too often and that is why is is using too much salt

Hi Radish, thanks for your comment. That would be true if the softener was set to the wrong hardness. Otherwise, kinetico softeners don't just regenerate sporadically they are metered. Kind regards, Scott

@@radishpea6615 the best thing to do would contact your local dealer for advice. If anything goes wrong it will affect your warranty.

@@radishpea6615 firstly, why do you want to change the frequency of regeneration and can you tell me what disk it is currently on and how hard your water is please?
