uPVC is designed to allow water to run off the door and window into the frame.
When water starts to appear under your door or on your window sill, this means the drainage holes are blocked.
Take a small screwdriver to remove any obstruction in the hole and use a vacuum over the frame to remove debris.
If this does not resolve the issue then you may have damage to the door or window frame seals.

Thanks just fixed the problem
Hi, i would be grateful to get an answer from my question . After new install of patio slide doors why do i get a water drip leak from the fixed end part of frame Bumper stop at the top. Everything on outside looks ok but some water is getting in inside frame and comes out around edges of bumper stop giving us a long water stain down the window. A little conundrum i cannot figure out. Not drastic amount but concerned as it was recently installed by builder. All the best John.
So if water is coming in and draining when the windows are closed in rain this is wrong? We just got new windows and I opened them and water was there and i’m not saying water fell from the window on opening.
water should get out outside not inside

It will also enter the opener / door sash frame, drain out of there and on to the 'inside' area, as he is showing in this video.
