  I think you should open the door before you do that, and also simultaneously push up underneath with your foot to avoid unseating the seals and stripping the screws

  Very good, mate, the button on my window was on the top of the frame. But still, I just pressed it, lifted the handle up, and it worked from the first time. Cheers.

  This is the same flag hinge as my b&q door, there's no need to remove the cover as with other doors, just remove the little cover for the allen key access

  now do you have a video that shows what to do if you turn the handle but the window won't open. My window latch gets stuck inside and if i fiddle with the handle a bit i can eventually get it open. what do i adjust to fix what it is catching on? Mine happens to be a tilt and turn wooden window. same with the tilt opening the top and opening it inwards from the side... it sticks

  How do you fix a protruding hinge on a top hung window. The upper arm, so to speak, on the left side is protruding out. The windows are new and factory set to open out only a few inches. Thanks!

  Hi great video can you tell me why my patio door won't lock? When i open the door and lift the handle up i can lock it with the key but when i close it and lift the handle it won't lock any ideas
