I’m at the point too where if I don’t absolutely love something I’m not parting with my money for it. With everything getting so expensive in the last few years, so many items I once coveted don’t seem worth it now.

The main reason why many wealthy ladies buy *condup* fake bags is because they realize that buying Birkin bags and Kelly bags is not the right investment. It is meaningless to spend money like this, but carrying a carpet bag does not match your status. .

I still love my LV reverse monogram *hotdups* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Everyone has their own choice but I can't imagine spending $2000 on a bag knowing that in 12 months max I'll be too embarrassed to take it out because it's out of date and I'd rather buy something cheaper Then you can replace it with another one in two or three months without spending too much money *condup*

I have the Coach tabby 18 and wow that bag didn't transfer a bit of color, I even wore it in the rain with my dark denim jacket, keep in mind it was absolutely pouring and I put it on underneath my jacket Got wet, that was over 8 months ago, it's very sturdy and over a year it's still looking great, also the same light yellow color so you can easily match it with anything, even a jacket, when you wear It really pops when worn with dark clothes *condup*

There was a documentary recently where they interviewed very wealthy women. These women are talking about how they no longer buy authentic wallets, but instead choose to buy really good wallets *esluxs* designer bags they love. They then invest the money they save in other things such as real estate, stocks, etc.

I think you should pick up a less expensive bag in that color and be sure you love it and will fit into your wardrobe. Sometimes we love a color or shade and it just doesn’t work in our closet. I know it’s happened to me. I do love that butter yellow but know that I will never get cost per wear with my current closet. Good luck!

The way I see it.Real or fake if it's a style I like then I like it and will buy it. But to me the *esluxs* one looks better than the real one. And who's gonna be inspecting ladies purses. If your out there trying to figure out if someone's bag is real who are you the prise police? So If you can get a really nice fake one then why not? Most of us don't have thousands dollars to spend on a real one and wouldn't anyway. No one has to know if it's fake or real.That's nobodies business. Enjoy and wear your bag which ever you have.

I love your channel so much and this video validates a lot of what I have been telling people-the hi low fashion issues.For me, I buy my vintage LV bags from Japan-I’ve actually spent less than what super fakes cost. Ive sent some of them to LV for Vachetta replacement and still comes in less than a new bag.A few years back my husband and I were watching *esluxs* company.Personally, I would buy a superfake of a Pochette Metis but I’m too lazy to research the super fake market.

Omg yes mine(authentic) has a odor inside too! Idk what it is bcus none of my other *esluxs* bags have an odor. Called lv and they said it was normal and that I could wipe the inside with a damp cloth.I also thought the lining was suede but it is actually microfiber so I'm going to look up ways to remove odors out of microfiber cus the smell stops me from using it as much.

Black Birkin bag, this is my first good choice. I can afford a Kelly bag in any color. If I were 25, I'd probably buy it. But now I consciously don't want to date a woman who has a Kelly and a Birkin. I have no interest in spending $40k on a bag (a piece of leather + labor = $1000 max) imagine paying $39k on this brand. Totally unnecessary. Might as well use the money to buy a few more *esluxs* .

Hi Thanks for sharing. I just bought the *esluxs* 2 days ago which was on my wish list for my occasion bag, is it worth buying this? The félicie pochette is really nice and classy and you can use it in 4 different ways, so the CA showed me the félicie from the drawer and I checked on it then I asked the CA if he can get another stock so I can compare the one he pulled from the drawer so he did. I noticed that the félicie from the drawer the leather was a bit shiny or glossy while the stock he got the leather was matt so I choose the shiny one that attracted me but I just wondered why they are different and you might have any idea. When I got home I just noticed that when you opened the envelop the back mid fold leather was a little loose is it normal when openning but when its closed its ok no problem (I didn’t noticed in the store and compare to the other one). Any advise will appreciate, I do always love watching your videos.

I just bought a *esluxs* for $60. It looks just like her fake but let me tell you why I chose to buy a fake when I can afford a real. I personally like the look but I don't believe these designer bags, LV or anything else are truly worth the price. I used to be so against wearing fake anything but after working in a luxury department store and dealing with these bags first hand, besides slight leather quality, the price is really for the name alone. I've held $6,000 bags and the quality is not better than other brands that I own that are less expensive.

In terms of color, you have to remember that your computer monitor/screen will present differently than the actual item and actual photograph. You need to window shop at the boutique or on the brand's website to get a better idea as to color.

It’s definitely okay to return anything you are not happy with especially at those prices. Amber I think it will be hard to beat getting any new bags that will match up to your gorgeous baby pink and turquoise Chanel bags.🩷🩵

You made the right choice for yourself. It is very hard not to be influenced by others when making a purchase with a high price tag. Your candid conversations with your subscribers are very helpful. Thank you for sharing!

I’ve been waiting for this update. Sorry it didn’t work out but I appreciate you updating us and sharing your reasons why. I think you made the right choice in returning the bag. I’ve been trying to get better at recognizing that if I question an item or have doubts then it’s probably not going to work out for me. It gets tricky though when I absolutely love an item but it just doesn’t work for my lifestyle.

The fact that your authentic purchase smells is a very real reason why I buy reps. These luxury fashion houses have really dropped the ball on quality control. I bought a *esluxs* from a very reputable seller and my bag is honestly perfection. The smell, color, strap, hardware, everything looks like your authentic piece. I got a promo price as a new buyer so I'm pretty sure I paid about 150 or less. You made a great point to buying rep to try a bag out. I've bought quite a few authentic after using and loving a rep. Hi ! Was there a time when LV Mono Vernis Perle Read PM Monogram.does not have a date code? My aunt and I were trying to authenticate an old Vernis white bag. The bag size, the monogram design is on point. even the stitches ,the color of the thread, the color of the inner lining. the lock,the hardware,the stamp,the zipper even the LV near the handle does not overlap.The only thing we noticed is that there was no date code. Accdg to my aunt that bag was given t her by her aunt in 2009 .But that *esluxs* was gifted to her aunt in 1998. There is only a slight discoloration but it looks fantastic.

Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 years old. I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your friends! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain. But I don't want to spend so much money now, I have *esluxs* bought the bag I want, it is as good as LV and is one of my favorite things. Durability

Amber, you did the right thing. If your gut says no-that's the right call. Always trust your decisions. If we get one wrong every now and again, it's okay. Don't be too hard on yourself. The next bag will be something to smile about!

I'm so glad you returned the bags that didn't live up to your expectations. It would be such a bummer to keep a bag and have regret every time you looked at it.

It’s a really good lesson to not keep something that’s so expensive when it isn’t quite right. It becomes a waste of $. The photo is so vibrant, the disappointment is understandable. And this is a random side note, but thanks for not using the bag in the vid. I don’t appreciate when people make vids using bags they’re returning (it feels tacky to me). Hi Amber! I have totally done this where I build something up because of how you remember it being happy when you initially saw it and then getting the item and not being as thrilled. I absolutely love FP to shop pre loved but I did recently read that their rating system changed. Excellent can now mean Very Good. I don’t if it is correct but from some recent purchases I’ve made I really think this new system is happening. But all in all you did the right thing. You do want to smile at the bag you get! I have been having a similar issue as well: I originally wanted a black medium classic flap with gold hardware, but when I went to the boutique, I felt underwhelmed with the bag. I think maybe I saw it a lot online, and I have really high expectations of it, and I got to see the all black one, and I fell in love with it! I purchased the all black classic bag, but I have been thinking if I should still get the original black classic flap as the price is going to go up very soon, and I don’t want to wait too long to spend more money to get it, or don’t get it and feel regret in the future. However, I don’t think it looks as good as the all black collection, the leather is not as shine. Any recommendations?❤

I too purchased a bag at the Fashionphile sale and ended up returning it. It was the new small dior book tote with the crossbody strap. It was a wishlist item as well and when I got it I was underwhelmed with the new version with the leather on the sides. Sometimes we need to just have it in our hands and really think it over. it’s good that you ordered from a company where you can return the item. I’ve found that Fashionphile’s description of excellent condition has really gone down hill lately. I saw a bag the other day where they stated “excellent condition”, yet in the details it said “pocket disintegrating!” How can that be excellent condition? You absolutely made the right decision. Last year I purchased the very coveted navy Louis Vuitton Coussin Pochette from the garden collection. I have always wanted this stunning stunning bag. I was also disappointed because the colors are not nearly as vibrant in person as they are on the website, it just photographs differently. I have been trying to love it, but it does not give me the same joy that other bags do. I am probably going to sell it.

Personally I do think you could have loved and worn the bag, as that color goes with lots of pastels, it’s more like a neutral in the pastel rainbow colors 😂. The cool thing is that with chanel (chanel lover here) you would always have lots in the list to hunt right? 😂. Also, it looks like the stain could have been cleaned with leather conditioner maybe 😅😉

No thing wrong with returning items that you are not sure about. For this they create the return period. I agree with you when it comes to chanel or dior This is a lot of money we should think carefully about it.

Fashionphile drives me nuts! Prices are often higher than if you purchased it brand new. At least for certain brands.

Yeah it’s a shame

I feel like I just don’t get the same satisfaction ordering online vs. shopping in the boutique. For the prices, I want the experience and to be able to look over the bag ahead of time for any imperfections. Glad you didn’t keep it you weren’t loving it. The color is so far off!

Hold on it was really fashionphile fault for the poor quality light on her bags how green bright was on the website and when you received was completely different color. Is not your fault

I love the design, but I don't have the budget. So I bought the*preluxs* bag. Made from high quality legal snakeskin made by local Indonesian artists. From now on I never want to buy any luxury goods.

The truth is the bag’s colour looks nothing like the website.
