I can't stand the fake homeless man videos and fake dog and puppy videos on KZread. They are a plague. People actually donate to the fake rescues that are in a 3rd world country where they have thousands of strays and stage rescues all day collecting money from overly emotional old ladies and gullible manchildren.

Thanks for making me feel old...I worked at a Honda dealership in 1985 and drove these when they were new.

Wow thats so nostalgic for me. I used to run a Honda ATC 250R back in the day. I remeber seeing an article on the Oddessy in Dirt Wheels, and thinking to myself how cool it would be to race one of those. Then they just kind of dropped off the face of the earth. I never thought about it again until watching this video. I think it's really cool that you're rebooting a piece of history and bringing it into the modern age.

That was really cool that you gave your friend an EBike dude. That was really kind.

Now this is going to be a badass project. Domo's brilliant too.

The frame seems perfect. A great base for an Electric conversion. With all the problems with the drivetrain, it would lend its self to a modifying it to a Reverse Trike! Increasing the wheelbase and by moving the motor back will give you more room for the extra batteries. Much ❤ for helping the Homeless man, I hope you gave him a good chain lock so it doesn't get stolen. A great channel! Keep up the good work!

Love it!! My budget for my build was slightly smaller lol. So I went with a qs138 90h and it pushes a 2 seater buggy great!

I had one when I was young. So much fun! I rolled it over a few times but always managed to keep my arms inside but my dad rolled it over his arm. It crushed and killed a bunch of muscle. 35 years later you can still see the dent in his arm.

your awesome man!, when I was a kid I've always dreamed of riding an electric recreational vehicles, and watching your videos feels somewhat fulfilling that dream.

I love all your projects bro. I would be stoked to have any of your bikes. Unfortunately I can't afford anything like that. The 72v upgrades are just so sick, I wouldn't be happy with anything less than Surronster approved. *👍

These things are so fun and dangerous. When I was 18 I rolled my cousins Honda Odyssey and my arm came out and the roll cage smashed my fingers and ripped my pinky finger off, and I had to have it sewed back on.

Sur Ronster never fails to deliver a quality entertaining video, can't find much of that on this app anymore.

I had a Honda Odyssey dunebuggy as a child. I miss that thing. It did about 70 MPH and had a Centrifugal Clutch.

I had 2 of the FL400,s back in the day , both HIGHLY MODIFIED of course .💯🦾 My son & I would take them up in the mountains for a few days camping & riding , all loaded down with tents,food ,jerry cans of gas etc. Best times EVER !!! 😎

I have rebuilt one of these and got to ride it. So much fun tbh.

Sad but exciting at the same time, wouldve been cool to keep the original engine but also i want to see how it will work with the electric motor

These were great during the 10 minute intervals that they ran.

Heads up. Make sure to tie up the front brake lines. They are hanging low and can catch rock or tree branches and rip right off into a gnarly crash. The brake lines are living the thug life. 😂😂

A big issue with those was not always the product. People used to drive them in reverse then pop it in forward to make wheelie.

Want to see more of this! I've built a super budget drift kart using 4 18v chikita batteries to a 48v motor and an e scooter speed controller. It works good enough but we only get about 25 mins bat life. Following so I can catch the next vid

Before the FL350 there was a no suspension 250 model this was the first evolution of odessey I know this because as a 14 yr old I owned a used 250 odessey think it was a 1978

Effort? he said the honda Odyssey was made for only one year, 1985. In fact it was made from 1977- 1985. He couldn't take time to research it. Thats not effort. That fooling people.

Well they had the FL250, FL350 and the Honda pilot. The pilot is liquid cooled, 400cc 2 stroke and they were made from 89-90. They also had a big bore kit for it also. The pilot is the one you want, if you have a lot of money. That looks like it might be an aftermarket frame. Racing these was huge back then. That odyssey might of been worth a lot of money. Good thing you guys didn't hack it up.

First they made the odyssey fl250 then the fl350 and after that the pilot fl400. And that was over multiple years. These were amazing machines and still are.

But this is a Pilot frame right? It looks more like one than the Odyssey's he showed in the beginning. I never did like the looks of those, but I love the crosskart look of the Pilot. I will build one someday with either a street bike engine, or a Raptor 660/700 engine so there's reverse.
