I love that there are more and more people out there that go from law to a perceivably less conventional profession, and it's especially great to see when that person was on a successful path in law and chose to be happier in their career decision. It's so nice to see people following their passion. Also, if I had a dollar for every time this guy said, "theek hain" between sentences, I'd be a billionaire...

I am also of the opinion that law is not a creative field. Yes, it takes dedication to be a good lawyer, but that has to do much more with your managerial and social skills but when it comes to actual law practice, there is very less space for creativity, especially in litigation.
I have been into litigation for 3 years and it has been so hectic . On top of that the seniors are so rude that you just want to quit.
When he said how law gives us an Uper hand over so many things if we want to pursue them and then went on saying "people have no idea, they say a lot of stupid stuff" It had me wheezing 😂😂🙏
learned a lot from your videos.
Hope my parents too understand this message.🤔 I too left law but would want to explore new ways.
Helpful to reduce anxiety.
Very much needed wholesome upload 👍

try to immerse yourself in English. It's not that hard. Read simple English storybooks or whatever you like. Make sure it is simple at first. Try to watch English videos of Indians like beer biceps which are easier to grasp. and also try some Hollywood movies with English subtitles. Then try to speak with your friends/relatives or online on the [ omegle ] website. Good luck. Also, you can look at the free courses on spoken English on youtube. And use the Grammarly app on your phone/pc to improve grammar.

I am general surgeon, I know very little law ,(thanks to my influential neighbour filing cases after cases... )..but I suggest you should watch a good English news channel ( definitely not NDTV) and the same news in Hindi ...

I'm asking myself this question every freaking day that "do u actually want to do litigation in life ? Like he very well said "soul crushing", 24/7 work. And UNFORGIVING (no scope for mistakes in the court, or else you're screwd). And after putting in this much effort as a 1st gen lawyer in your initial years you hardly get paid adequately. While u see your MBA engineering freinds making anything between 50k to 1.5 lac a month. It is very stressful...

An advocate who is our neighbour has prepared forged documents of our property and openly playing with law with open threats to senior citizen lady. Despite the facts in our case, the advocate is using all criminal tactics and act as a land mafia in Delhi. Any help from lawyer fraternity would be admirable.

Sadhguru said “Don’t choose a profession where you have to prove right as wrong and wrong as right”. Infact for 5000 years, King (judge)himself would hear the citizen plea and pronounce verdict. There was never lawyers on both side to tell different stories. Recently invented by British, as a result 3 crore pending cases in India. Ideally Lawyer should never help guilty clients. Only help victims.

@@princeofheaven19 British, American, Japan and many advanced country allow polygraph lie detector test as valid in court. unfortunately India not so except in few murder cases where Judge allows it so as not to punish Innocent. India can make this test mandatory for both parties before registering a case. This way case registered would reduce drastically perhaps few hundred cases and not 3 crore cases as not everyone has powers too beat a polygraph lie detector test. Only 1 in 10,000 people can give inconclusive test(not fail), what are the chances both parties can beat the test. Rare, only those can go for trial in court.
