As a psychotherapist now practicing exclusively via telehealth I’ve been recommending Dr. Jud’s daily serious to nearly every client. This specific video is definitely going into the rotation. Thank you for your work in this curious time!
This is great work DrJud. Thank you for educating people to the power of habit. Entertaining and informative.
Brilliant!
I sleep in same room with my dad and my dad is always anxious and fear, I too fear but I overcame and then after I changed lil bit he's trying to become aggresive because he may be fearing my expression and hurting his fragile ego but he don't know I want to change my room so I will not be influenced again by his behaviour .
i have caused the fear of death in my mind. This has caused me severe pain, How do reverse the process and be calm again
