WHY EVIL PEOPLE ALWAYS SEEM TO WIN & WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT | LIVE CHAT

Evil in relationships can be very complicated.
Evil in relationships are so toxic that they can become one of the biggest problems of your life.
It gets even worse when that evil person is your very own family member.
There are many definitions of evil and no one field of study (psychology, philosophy, anthropology, spirituality, religion, existentialism, etc.) has been able to agree.
But there are some characteristics of evil that can be used to describe many of our bad or failed relationships.
In this live chat, I will offer suggestions on how to deal with the evil person/persons in your life.

Evil people have goons and minions. For example an evil parent who tries to pretend they are not evil they adore their evil aggressive children and they sick those children on the more vulnerable children to avoid looking like the villain.

In my experience, some of the most covert insidious “dark side” people go into positions where they are seen as experts and positions of “power” and I witnessed over 30 years of seeing the acting in public and the real person behind closed doors. Dependency can make us so vulnerable to these people.

A perfect example of this evil is this Adelson family case that been gaining publicity... an entire family conspired to take a dedicated father and professor out because they couldn't control him.

My mom is a narc with severe delusional disorder. Because I was raised in this dysfunctional family system, it created a serious suspicion/fear of people and their motives and intentions. Moral of the story: I never really trust anyone, which can be difficult sometimes, but I have often been able to stay 10 steps ahead of guys as it relates to dating. I have pulled the rug from underneath many of them because I APPEAR to be someone pretty naïve or gullible. However, it just would be nice to make a meaningful romantic connection before my story ends. Pray for me please.

What I love is this whole concept of “if u don’t like how people treat u then stop doing what ur doing” but what if ur not doing anything to cause it? How can someone stop doing something they’re not actually doing and it’s flat out someone making the bs up to make it appear they’re my victim…lol…I’m the last to find out if I am even allowed to find out….

My daughter has an Aunt on her dad's side who's a dark enpath. She's a crazy old lady who's turned my daughter against me, my son, & my husband. I've had to go almost no contact with my daughter, because she's friends with many of my enemies who hate me with their whole heart. It was hard at 1st, but now I've just pray for her. I've learned to pray for all of my enemies to find CHRIST & leave evil religions alone. I pray for discernment so I'll know who's righteous & not just religious!!

U are talking about my family, many churches have been a part of & many ppl I allowed in my life until I realized how selfish, self-centered entitled they were. Some ppl snap after so much trauma. Some ppl I've known were evil as children! I've seen narcissistic get old, alone & sick. It looks like GOD gives them time to repent, but they're so evil & they refuse to change. All they know is evil & they become very paranoid they others will harm them the way they harmed others!!!

I have been attempting to binge watch your videos. All equally important and speaks to modern life situations and occurrences. I'm working on my PhD masters right now in I/O Psychology. I switched my major after obtaining a BS in Psychology. Everything you discuss is intriguing and helpful in my personal life. I appreciate how you always stick to what research says, that allows you to remain unbiased but still respect others' experiences. You are absolutely gem. I decided against practicing because I didn't feel I could remain unbiased and remember we're all human, even the dark empath (personal experiences - I wasn't convinced I could successfully do). Giving you your 💐!

Thank you so much for this kind and humbling comment.🤗 The path of professionalism in this field is tough because we do have to straddle the line between personal and professional. Sometimes we can do a great job, as humans, of being impartial. Other times, it's really hard and nebulous. I think you could absolutely master this as long as you continue to build personal insight and stay humble in the process. It's a continual process for me. I wish you all the best on your journey!

This video reassured me that my staunch decision 2 years ago to stay cordial and paint everyone with the same brush works best for me. I'm an introvert who has learned hard lessons time and time again in the past and de-investing emotionally in human beings (except a few loved ones) was the best thing I could have done for my spirit in defense against the darkness in others. Thank you once again for the nuggets and guidance, Tamara.

Thank you Tamara for this and your last. You are up there with Arendt, Frankl, Mate, Van der Kolk. You are the modt practically oriented in a way. ❤❤❤. I had to do all of those things by myself with no guidance for 10 plus years then with online only for another 5 plus years. Wow what a weight off my shoulders to know that healing is really going on. Too many years of knowing I needed to leave and had no where to go. Still couldnt forgive myself until I heard this. I needed the part about how getting stuck happens.🙏🏼

Thank you Tammy Miller for this humbing statement. That's an honor to say the least. I really appreciate how Dr. Van der Kolk, Victor Frankl, and others like him including many others can make sense to those who are searching for healing. We don't need big words, psychobabble, or wasted energy. We are here to heal and possibly be healed ourselves. When our work is personal and professional, change happens and so does connection with those who need support.

Thank you Tamara- how you so clearly and concretely describe strategies that help, it is beyond anything I have heard elsewhere- including extensive therapy. I now have so much more to put on my road map- for one step in front of the other. I also need process and distance myself from the opposite to what has been helpful, despite my best efforts and high engagement- that is how it was. And also a lot of vague, non commital, back to me stuff in the present.

How about you form a new healthy relationship only to have 1-2-3 different extended family members decide you're a bad guy without any particular reason except to benefit themselves. In one case it was retribution, in another, a stunt to up his living style, and the latest one was a likely triangulation. 😂❤wth. I almost lost my mind. I found myself trying to relax, not knowing why I was tense. At first, I could just play it off with I KNOW MY TRUTH kinda thing. But over time anxiety kept creeping in. 🤢✅💯

But how do evil people persuade others, even if they are alike? This is a topic has been really weighing heavily on my mind, my bestfriend passed away, I was her care giver, and there was a lot of money in her family, my best friend had a lot of other friends, so well liked, but 2 of her friends are pure evil, they even got my best friends aunt to dislike me, and I guess I just don't understand why they don't see the genuine good person, over the evil one, anytime I try to nicely warn someone about an evil person, I get met with not so good results, so how can the evil do it? It bothers me, so much? Maybe because we are always taught that good overcomes evil. These two evil goers even go as far to say that I am a murderer because I cared for my bestfriend when no one else would. I try not to let it bother me, but I worked so hard at caring for my friend that well, it does bother me

They at the beginning hide themselves and show off as good, then they show who they really are. Things like stalking, cyberstalking especially etc have as goal to make you feel bad about yourself and as tho you are in some kind of trap, to make you feel like a victim, like you have obssession (when in actuality it's just a normal reaction to their evil manipulative tactics), to feel crazy, to do some things they want you to do, because they're really evil. STAY LOYAL TO YOURSELF AND DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO 🩵🩵🩵

And to make you look like you're crazy in other people's eyes. These people simply see the POTENTIAL you have, if they're your family they might simply know your plans and wanting to stop you from realizing them that way. So that others would turn their back from you when you need their support. Some might do that on a more subconcious level, as a learnt, programmed behaviour and unresolved, unhealed trauma

Yes, absolutely! The church environment can be more toxic than other groups in life, sadly. As one who has experienced both sides growing up (non-religious and religious), I can safely say that religion sometimes breeds overinvolvement of others into your life, can foster toxic communication between church members, and even cause emotional injury.

You know what if people want the truth with all this. It’s like the movie wicked and wizard of oz. The evil one was actually the one for social justice she saw the bad behind the curtain. I would say most people make the decision to follow the good witches position lol but I think a lot of people don’t see those bad things happening like ignorance is bliss sometimes. Even though it's taken me so many years to get to the level of healing I'm blessed with now, those books planted the seed for me. I need to go back and read those books again. Mr. Peck was definitely ahead of his time!
