If you're attempting to bulk to deadlift 460kg raw, then you require pizza 🍕 and icecream 🍦
*Benni's 460.4 (1,015) Raw DL WR is still unbeaten since 2011.* I believe Hafthor will break it somewhere in 2025/26.

I don't think Hafthor will break that record. His grip is actually not that strong. Hafthor is the best deadlifter with straps. But if I remember correctly, the most he was hoping to lift for his powerlifting meet (when he got the pec tear) was 440 kg raw.

It's going to be tough for Hafthor, grip doesn't improve THAT much easily. I do think Thor is the best deadlifter we've ever seen if grip isn't a factor.
has benni retired from the strongman?? just saw hes now into bodybuilding and is now more shaped and ripped want him back in strongman
I met him in 2015 and he pretended not to speak English. I was like oh ok shook his hand. A week later I watch an interview with him speaking perfect english 😅. Maybe he just went hard on DuoLingo idk
