Oh wow 😢that’s an amazing love! You can tell that love comes from their very souls not just their hearts. I believe they’ve probably loved each other through many lifetimes now. That kind of a connection is rare and I feel like seeing this was a blessing.

I love the raw emotions in this. We saw her face drop a little when he said "it's not a simple answer" but she allowed him to express himself. He allowed himself to be love and received it so he can reciprocate it. A lot of people out here aren't able to receive love because they think they don't deserve it., making it hard to reciprocate love. Love isn't just a feeling and if we get pass that and deal with out traumas we'll be able to receive love and reciprocate love without want or need from others. God is love. My granddaddy gave my grandma and I a dozen roses. 2 were plastic. He said when all of the roses died, he would still love us. She passed away 09Nov.,'11. He passed away 11Nov.,'11. He was the only male role model I had. I was 23 when they passed. The rest of my family dropped them off at my house like they were garbage. My only regret in my 33 years on earth was not being there when he took his final breath. I was at the ME's office discussing my grandma's death.

There is a level of vulnerability that can only be had when a person feels they are in a safe place. Kudos for him for being able to articulate that in a manner that elevated the spiritual over the temporal. And kudos to her for providing an atmosphere of safety that allows him to tap into that part of him that is divine. Relationships are all about communication and trust. Once that's in place and honored, love will flourish.

This then creates a notion in their mind that they are simply unlovable and unworthy of being in any intimate, real relationship. Just a slight correction from me, he said "you see me for the best that I give". To me, this implies he was already giving his best and he didn't have to hide or feel ashamed for his past. This is wonderful, and is different to seeing someone's "potential" to change, this man already changed his life.

2 words : emotional intelligence That’s what this man exudes. It’s definitely a breath of fresh air to hear a black man know how to articulate his emotions in a way that makes sense and has depth to it. I don’t see this video that often but when I do I always look at it. It reminds me that love is real.

Wow! I've been through a lot too and had completely lost hope of ever finding love until I recently met a woman wbo makes me feel exactly as he described. Weird because I've never seen this channel before and this came on my feed unexpectedly. I've been on an amazing journey of healing and I feel much more optimistic than I've ever felt before and then she walks into my life and makes me feel, safe. I've met great friends since I started this healing process but since I've met her this incredible peace has descended on me even when I'm going through storms of life. Whatever God has in store for us is still unfolding but I am grateful she's here and helping put a shine on these healed parts of myself.

I'm coming at this from an "older" perspective, and I am saying - when a man loves you for how you make them FEEL, and not who you ARE, leave. This man was broken, this woman helped this man pick himself up and talk through the stuff in his head that haunts him. He has such a comfort and trust in her. He loves her because she allowed him to love himself. She enabled him to heal and come to a point to where he can deal with his pain. People are so focused on their self and what people can do for them or worried why people don’t like them. If you give love to others and see them for who they are, what they can be, and help them be their best self then you undoubtedly will get love back.

One day, a person that isn’t my mom or my best friends is going to love me as much as God loves me. But while God is manifesting that for me I’m going log off and go love myself as much as God loves me ❤️ this gave me hope Update one year later after my comment above: God won't send your person until it's your time, whenever that is. Patience is truly a virtue in the single season. I still have hope. The best piece of advice 3 people have given me is to "enjoy" my single season and take advantage of it. Being single doesn't equate to loneliness. We make a lot of mistakes out of desperation because being single is uncomfortable. Mistakes can be avoided when your decisions aren't rooted from a perspective of lack. I spent this last year in denial that I need to be single bc of my desires, while simultaneously focusing on personal growth and going to therapy to understand myself and the world around me. My focus today is being a better person, growing, being content and grateful with my life as is (single), setting and achieving my goals. eating right, taking better care of myself inside and out, learning how to love purely and accept and reciprocate pure love.
