I LOVE it, when people double down on an earlier joke. "... it's a calippo- was hot that day.."😂😂 just perfect comedy!
If I had a best friend like Russell Howard, I wouldn't need therapy, chocolate, meditiation or any other life-coping strategies.... just having a conversation with him would trump them all!

Russell’s profound love is simply beautiful.
My gran was amazing, miss her a lot. She took me in when things were rough, and cos she had old pipes I'd have to tell her when I was going in the shower so she wouldn't turn on a tap and cause the temperature to go funny. Every time I told her I was going to shower she'd say "don't forget your umbrella". I'd come out later and she'd look at me and say "you forgot your umbrella" and I'd reply "sorry grandma I'll remember next time.". She also called tomato sauce 'Tommy horse' which I still do. Its those little silly moments.

My legacy is going to be WEIRD & SILLY, I've been working on it for a while now. Adulthood is rubbish and disappointing I can't do it 24/7 🤷♀️
Honestly, I haven't laughed this long in a long time. Comedy in the right way really can cheer you up, especially when this comedian talks down to earth and just never fails to deliver laughter and him just being himself. That is what makes him so likeable, he always balances humour and life challenges and memories!
I still have an audio clip of my dad mooing to the tune of Rudolph the rednose reindeer XD
Tears from start to finish! Had a friend at work and one would call the other “Armadillo” and the response would be”Aardvark” not funny to others but tickled us silly!

As they say “Laughter is the best medicine.” It’s spot on. Everyone has a struggle in life, but if you can find something funny, it’ll make things so much better. Even if it’s briefly. My biggest fear for the future, is a world without comedy/silliness/ laughter. I’d absolutely hate it if the world just decided to ban humour. Laughing is what makes life worth living. It would be dull without jokes. So go out there and share a laugh, because it’ll make things feel better and easier.

Many years ago I was in Cambodia to visit Angkor Wat. I was staying in this lovely place that helped to arrange tours. At lunch this girl was demanding a refund on her guide: she was forced to return early because her phone had died and she was no longer able to take photos so there was no point staying. After she had been firmly refused and had gone, the lady on reception and I exchanged a look and I felt the need to say ‘I’m sorry’.

Hi russ
Hi Russel I have been enjoying you output for many years your sterling contribution to the canon of satirical humour is right up my street. In spite of this I think your choice of caption for this episode is a bit dubious for a start you answer it yourself in the first statement, it is as you say not 'real' life and in that strange universe of fantasy there are no boundaries of any sort. Anywy sorrybabout that I love the rest of the episode and will do my best to be as silly as I can, at the moment I am working on learning to recite the calendar backwards because that is what I was asked to do by a nure-=se at the hospital a couple of weeks ago, at the time I just about managed to do as required but afterwards realised I had missed golden opportunity, now I find that it is not as easy as I had d=hoped, so far I have got from Rebmeced to Rebotco reasonably swiftly and reliably, at the moment Rebmetpes is just about ok but I am struggling a bit with just how to say Tsugua, I will keep at and hopefully by the time I come out from the anaesthetic I will have got the hang of it, if I do come back that is of course!. Cheers, Richard.
