My boss said it was to cover tattoos. I never looked it up. I always thought it was to protect your arms when you get hacked going to the basket. Guess I was really wrong about that one.

I wear an arm sleeve at work because I get periodic tennis elbow from loading and unloading heavy product. Saves me so much pain and tbh, looks kinda cool too 😂

As someone who has chronic elbow pain, I can say that if you need to use that arm in limited pain. Arm sleeves or keniso tape are your friend.
