I'm an immigrant myself (in the UK) and honestly I hate when people make it out like that means you can't complain about the country. Every minute I work, every item I buy, ever bill I pay goes directly into the country. I'm getting a better deal than if I were at home but I'm not a leach, the country benefits from my sheer presence, like everyone else who lives, eats, breaths and shits here. I live in this country and sometimes experience negative things, just because I wasn't born here doesn't mean I have zero right to bring issues to light. I'm just as entitled to live a good comfortable life as anyone else in this country.

Definitely, but you gotta realize how much better of a country it is compared to many developing countries. We just are exposed a lot of negativity, but we definitely are able to do and express much more here compared to other countries, such as Mexico. Maybe this is just me being from an immigrant household, but I don't think it's that far from the truth. Each country has it's faults. But we are quite privileged compared to others. So I get why he said that.

There is no such thing as the greatest country in the world. But I’ve been to 43 countries. As far as dealing with immigrants, especially illegal ones, America is by far the most tolerant. Which is why they all come here. This isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact. Go to Europe, get a few drinks in your average European (France, Germany, especially Scandinavia) and see what they really think about LEGAL immigrants. They make them jump through so many more hoops. America is a joke in how tolerant it is.

@@ercihanates6504 well tbh the schools here are not only better but easier as well mostly be ause they're funded by the government whilst over there it's not you have to get your own material and stuff like that not to mention you have to also pay for the lunch as well. They didn't stay in mexcio probably because of money problems and how corrupted it was there could be more reasons but that's just my guess
