This reminds me of the old days. My mum used to make this when there was no money to keep buying pepper. The difference is we didn't have turkey then but no matter how poor we were, my mum would garnish this rice with crayfish. Crayfish was our turkey. She's now living in United States, thanks to God. But this video brought me memories...

The outcome is absolutely inviting. Oh that turkey with coconut oil used for it will really taste great no daunt about that and how golden brown it turns out can make one feel like collecting it directly from the screen😂 you’re extremely right where you said that the amount of water one add when cooking rice depends on the type of rice one is using and using parchment paper to cover the pan is a good idea.
