___ NECESSARY MATERIALS ___
1.5 glasses of warm milk (300 ml).
1 egg white.
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams).
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
1 packet of yeast (10 grams).
4 cups of flour (480 grams).
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt.
for the filling,
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (15 ml).
500 grams of minced meat.
1 carrot and onion.
black pepper-cumin-thyme.
salt-red pepper flakes.
parsley.
60 grams of butter-50 ml of vegetable oil.
For the above,
1 egg yolk-1 teaspoon of milk and vegetable oil.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
