I believe if you are watching this video then you are also aiming for career growth and salary hike. In the span of a few years I was able to get an exponential salary increment. This is not a salary increase mantra but this video will help you understand how career obsession helped me. First in the video I have talked about my career journey briefly and then I’ve talked about my first job at Accenture.
Salary increment tips are not as useful as career growth tips. If you can craft for yourself a decent career then you won’t have to get into regular salary raise negotiation or try to get a salary hike. You can move from one organization to another while giving your best to perform well and achieve your goals. This will guide you on how to get high salary jobs in India or anywhere else in the world.
My obsession with learning and going to best institute made me move from Mu Sigma towards my CAT preparation and Insead MBA journey. It didn’t happen overnight and took a lot of struggle and perseverance. This is where my career obsession helped me get ahead of everyone else around me and get decent jobs regularly. These tips to increase salary are not limited to money aspect alone. By using these tips that I’ve shared through my personal experiences, you can grow into a better professional in your field of work.
Offer negotiation skills are a critical part of increasing your salary. But if you are as obsessed about growth as me then you’ll surely learn all the necessary skills to take you ahead in your career. If you are wondering about how to get a good a good salary job then my advice would be to focus on your goals and professional growth more than anything else. You will be able to increase your salary organically. And if you keep upskilling and moving forward in your career, every company would be more than happy to offer you a high paying job. The focus should be on growth and providing value, everything else works out just fine.
