Wow the actual beyond ATC channel. I’m flattered. No problem. I have one for the Americas and Oceania coming out tomorrow. This program is getting better by the week I was blown away by the AI traffic control demonstration. Keep on keeping on.

I always had a dream that someone would start a pay subscription VATSIM, where you are guaranteed a controller for your entire flight no matter where you are. Like it puts you in a queue and then someone who is paid to be there (so there is incentive to be a controller) will read the instructions. To me that would be worth 30 a month. Every time I have used VATSIM I lose the controllers and end up talking to myself on UNICOM.

The way they read airline callsign is pretty much still default-ish Azure. They always fail with compounded words like "Hansalines" (Lufthansa Cityline) or "Supergreen" (Citilink - Garuda) or "Newsky" (Solaseed Air), they read "lines" as "leens" and in case of Supergreen, the Azure AI just spell the letters as if they are a registration number. Newsky is just read like "Newskee". Yet they never fail at reading the compounded "Speedbird" (British Airways). Weirdly enough, some Chinese pronounciation like "Juneyao" or "Shenzhen" are pretty much accurate, while sometimes they read "Air China" as Air see-na, yet "China Eastern" is read normally.

Yeah, that was why I chose Hansaline specifically. I'll bring this up on Discord and see what they say. I don't know if you heard it but one of the French controllers says Nyse tower instead of niece tower. Thanks for watching.

BATC voice are stellar. The software still needs work, but I believe it will be the best in the market.

That is my opinion as well, especially after seeing the traffic control module working, at first I was like "Great another one of these lackluster half ass ATC programs" But once I saw that and the accents, I was pretty much convinced it could be the greatest utility in flight sim history. It needs own AI or incorporate the fsltl in it and I mean whole package - real life flights, models, liveries, runway procedures.

@@Izmael1310 That's next on their road map, they are actually going to do that before VFR is incorporated.

Pretty good mix. Sounds to me like you were using the premium voice model. How many characters did you burn for this excellent video. For me the basic voice in German sounds terrible. Nobody speaks like that here.

Great question! Yes, for sure the basic voice model in not even in the running for any locality, but then again there might be some people that like it. I had 13,000 still left from my initial buy which I have made 4 videos with now, reupped with 250k so 263k before I started Sunday and now I am sitting at 232K So 31K burn but I also did all of the Americas to include: Charlotte, New York, Aspen CO. Edmonton, Montreal, Cancun, Montego Bay, St Maarten, Cali, and Sao Paulo. So really the premium voice burn is good for only 9.99. The wild Card is how much you'll burn when AI traffic is implemented. Before a few days ago, Say intentions didn't have German or French or Spanish or anything other than 3 American voices and 2 British ones. I think the rivalry is a win for the community as they try to best each other with features. Thanks for watching.

I have tried both SI and BATC; both have obvious issues / bugs at the moment, but although more expensive, SI is a much more natural experience as you can have a conversation with SI but frequently in BATC I get a 'not understood' reponse; it's much more regimented than SI - but the jury is still out; let's see which of them properly conquer traffic injection!

That will be the real test. It looks like si has having a lot of trouble with IFR. The foreign voices are good now but still spotty. I have seen no proof of concept of traffic control from si. But I have from BATC and it looks great. But we still know nothing about fs2024. That could be a real wild card. Or at the very least push back development. Thanks for watching.
