Does he suggest a complete avoidance of UPF's?

@@fbaallied he understands that UPFs are everywhere and actually being aware of what a UPF is and it’s impacts on the body will hopefully drive changes to consumer habits. It’s not preachy or pushy but gives the reader the information to make their own informed decisions. I’d absolutely recommend.

There is no such test in America that looks at ~1500 proteins and tells you cancer risk. There is a Galleri test which looks at tumour DNA. Is that what this lady is referring to?

Yes I have ultra processed food every day and didn’t realise - cereal, supermarket bread. Millions of people will be eating it and won’t know it

Well yes if you don't make it yourself it obviously is- but it's still minimal processing.

what's your point, yes anything you don't make from scratch is processed. But it's also not realistic to eat fresh all the time. So it can be very helpful. It's also a lot more expensive then making each meal yourself fresh. But of course we should all aim to do this as much as we can.

It’s not because the teddy bear is shaped so. It’s because hand made granola tastes like feet mushed with cat litter.
