    A better question might be "do you have a good boss story to share?" They are few and far between and business schools, especially the MBA mills, are turning out mismanagers by the thousands.

    Where i worked a lot of engineers were managers.. people were not their strong suite..

    My Director is driven by quarterly cash flow. It tends to make his behavior panicky and “amoral”. Not a good behavior to engender loyalty from highly skilled program managers who have lots of choices
