I knew some arabic from Islamic school but just recently decided to commit to learning conversational arabic (the levantine kind). I took a 6 month refresher on grammar from an online teacher and now im "self studying" using a couple workbooks but majorly using pubgmobile 😂 i added a bunch of people from palestine and lebanon and get loads of listening and speaking practice every day while playing video games. I got lucky with my friends, they explain concepts and words and spell things out for me and i just keep a notebook and pen next to me when i play. This works so well ive improved massively and it doesnt feel like 'studying' either. When you dont live in the country, youve gotta be creative with immersion!

I'm trying to learn the Jordian alphabet right now :) a good way to start then creating the words

I am not sure, but I think that I do not progress in Arabic because I never started to learning it.

Just need to practice my listening skills despite being a natice speaker but living in the US for a long time can take that away from you
