Why? Bc she's a woman? I've heard a many judges be harsher to fathers like her, who filed cps cases against the mother but didn't take any initiative to have the child removed and suddenly in civil suit case where they're sued by the mother for failing to pay child support, only them they want to seem like the caring parent.... Hog wash.

You do realize that a lot of the CPS cases are where they are investigating WOMEN, and they end it with UNFOUNDED. Yall seem only outraged when it happens to be against a man with full custody. I work in law enforcement and I've seem women BRAG about how many times CPS has investigated them and they still have custody or access to their children. If the abuse in this case is actually true, then why isn't the mother in this case seeking full custody and a protective order for the child against him? She doesn't WANT custody. She had it, willingly gave it up, and thus far has had no desire to seek custody again. And FYI, in certain states like Texas, corporal punishment by a parent is completely legal as long as it doesn't inflict serious bodily injury. But I've seen way more CPS reports of mothers beating their kids than fathers. And sometimes it's a non bio boyfriend of the mother who she let's beat her own kids. Stop with the selective outrage.

Judgmental? Hell, is a judge. The reason you don’t let people babble is because they usually engage in character assassination which they think will help. All they’re doing is telling the world about their schit choices in people they choose to have kids with. When you bash your child’s other parent, that’s a reflection of you so sometimes shutting up or being told to makes you look better.

Why does the mom have to have equal or majority custody but a dad can see his kid every weekend and be praised for being there at all?

Then years passed, she was admittedly intimidated by him and the fact that he made so much more money and she wasn't as stable... She was clearly still in her daughter's life if she was seeing her every weekend and the daughter opened up to her about abuse. Fast forward some years after they split, and she said the abuse of the daughter, from what she knows at least, didn't start until 5 years ago. She may not be perfect but it's funny how you're giving her heat although you're confusing the timeline and what was said.
