Thank you Ryan, you’ve inspired me to come out as transgender four months ago and watching your video since day one. I’ve wrote a letter to my english teacher coming into the terms as transgender being ftm and first person who i came out. Unfortunately that day i had my first preseason tennis match for varsity, otherwise missing this person class and i made arrangements to come in during Lunch. Luckily there’s no students in classroom just my English and I it’s perfect timing, so I was able handed letter to her. My teacher finished reading Letter something caught her intentions immediately notice facial expression. Then her response was do want me tell you or later.At moment I rather hear now what’s she’s has say. I’ve preferred it now than later, so we’ve both grab chair sat down like face to face and came out to me as lesbian. That day she changed my life and acceptance for Who I am . My teacher mentioned to me she’s always be there for you and being in your Corner. The week later I’ve came out to my family they’re very supportive, but at my school I’m stealth. Next year, mid January I’ll begin my journey of process at Kaiser to start hrt be on T. Thank you Ryan for everything and you are answered my prayer never had chance be authentic person known forever in life. Doing it what make me happy and be comfortable in my own bare skin always been boy, but trap in this female body.

Congratulations on getting your top surgery! I just had top surgery on 11/28/17! I'm FREE!!! Now for ready for T.

Periareolar is when they cut a donut shape(concentric circular incisions) around the areola and use purse string to stitch it up(which is usually why revision percentage is so high for peri). Keyhole is a small incision at the base of the areola. Under arm incisions are surgeon's preferences. For some reason many guys are getting these 2 confused as well as stating their surgeons gave them the false information. There are other different types of top surgery methods, most not well known.

The last thing I remember before getting top surgery was the lady putting something in my IV, then them rolling me out of my room, slightly crying but also laughing everything else is all black😂

Boy what is that plan 👀 haha I have insurance Aetna, they cover all surgeries but I’m on my “fathers” insurance. So I’ll kicked off it soon.. probably at 26.. I’m 24 now. So really need hop on that surgery route.

Hey Cameron, How long were you actually in the hospital and how long will it take to heal? Also,years ago the surgeries may not have been effective, so good you waited, I prefer advanced methods- also, did you hear of a pain pill that when taken, no pain for 3 weeks

Social media sux cos 10 min in its like you are choosing your words so as not to offend anyone. You are not alone Ryan. I would be the proudest mum in the world if u were mine.

I called my surgeon's office in December of 2019, days before I started T, they schedule 6 months ahead and I needed to wait 6 months on T to even get surgery anyway so I was scheduled for about April of 2020. I still haven't seen my surgeon for that consult because they canceled on me like 5 times, and I saw other surgeons in between so I have my measurements all ready for him. No pictures or examinations needed, just my measurements and a questionnaire. I see him this February and my surgery is scheduled at the appointment so I guess it'll be halfway through the year when I get my surgery even with a case manager and my primary involved. It's been quite the ordeal, I just want these massive planets off my damn chest already!!

My insurance works with kaiser. They cover most of my medical costs while I have a small co-pay. Hormones are included in the medical plan I have. I'm under my family's insurance.
