Who Took The Seats

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

We got a a call for a SxS that was having electrical problems in Pritchett Canyon. They said it had rolled over but all the wheels were attached and the steering was fine. So Mike and I took the buggy in to flat tow it out. It was just passed the obstacle called Down And Dirty. We got to it and realized someone had taken the seats out of it. Luckily there was a short lounge chair in the back seat so we used that. The pull up down and dirty was a struggle but we made it without winching. Then we got to the Brickyard Obstacle and was letting a Jeep Group pass when the owner showed up with the seat. So the ride out from there became more comfortable for Mike. We got it out and onto the trailer and hauled it to town to the repair shop. Then we volunteered to help a gentleman clean up his camper that had burned down a couple days before. It was on public lands so it was his responsibility to clean it up so we offered to get it out of there for him. We took both wreckers to carry it out and down to the gooseneck. The hubs were ruined so we couldn't just put tires on it. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

Your tire with a huge gash in it reminded me when i work at a gas station in the 70s. A guy came in with a tire that looked like yours, he asked me to fixit, and he told me he had no money. I told him we didn’t have any boots big enough, he said do you have any road maps, I said we have plenty of road maps, he said that he used them all the time for tire boots. I fixed his tire with the road map, and sent him on his way. I’m not suggesting that you use a road map to fix your tire. And for those wondering yes we used tubes in our tires. Great videos love the views.

That trailer looked like it’s might have one more load in it before it crumbles..the metal has lost all its strength in the fire, I feel bad for the guy who lost it. Man the buggy looks much better with them big new shoes..too bad BFG is super proud of them ..a months pay for a set of tires is hard to handle.
