I might be nitpicking, but I don't like when a figure doesn't come with a face to replicate the same expression as the box artwork.

Yeah, for a few years now. They specifically call the box figures, ultimates, themselves and list it on the boxes.

🤯🤯🤯 you just blow my mind… I’ve had the box set of the Turtles in Disguise in my basement for over a year, but I hadn’t opened them or even really looked at them closely, cause I had seen the reviews of the set and I didn’t like how glossy they were, so I never opened them. After watching your video I ran downstairs to check my set and I have the *matte set*!! I’m definitely going to open them now!! THANK YOU 🫶

It was called Ultimates (before Super7) with NECA`s movie stuff, like Terminator, Friday the 13th, Predator...exact same packaging.

the only thing ultimate about super7 figures is the clearance price...and they're still usually not worth it

Found a perfect use for the red eye extra head, popped it apart and used the mouth to replace raphaels mouth which i wasnt a fan of. Now raph looks 100×s better!

👍It worked out great! So much happier with it than the open mouth like he is trying to catch flies. I hadnt gotten any of the animated turtles before so was a little dissappointed raph came like that, but that extra head with Leo worked out perfect! Easy to swap too, i held it by the sides and pushed up through the neck peg hole with the end of a marker to push the tops off, then just swapped them out. I dont plan on using that extra Leo head anyway, so dont really care that its got an open mouth now

Umm, yep. I got a Splinter that was missing a Mouser and who's eye was severely jacked up (didn't catch it until I opened it to investigate the missing part) and they did nada, zip about it.

@maddhatterreviews all the accessories are now listed on the bottom of the box!

The bio on the back of the box says his favorite book is The 4 Musketeers so I'm assuming the included book is this. Plus this is Zipp a creature from Dimension X from episode The Big Zipp attack. Zipp is also listed on the bottom of the box.

Those are binoculars, says on the bottom of the box. Not sure what episode they originate from though.

I found mine in Fargo, ND. I’m a newbie to this “Rabbit Hole” of an adventure. Speaking of rabbit, I snagged The-Adventure of Samurai Usagi as well. Very cool. Thanks for the video.

These Pizza Club figures seem more like an accessory pack than an ultimate. These seem to have less face and hand options than the TID versions and they don’t have anything for the weapons. No slash effects for Leo and Mikey is missing his spinning nunchucks and grappling hook. The new paint app is niiiice but every version of the bros that comes out has a new color or finish so nothing is properly swappable with older versions. These heads will work with the punk Turtle mouths but not with anything that you already own.

Let’s be honest your right these figures (the turtles themselves pizza club figures are for the new collectors ) however there accessories they have are for these turtles are for us collectors who’s been collecting the line. Its a away It’s kinda of a cash grab scheme Neca is pulling they know collectors need those accessories for Donny’s lab and kitchen . Which is a nice slap in the face to us collectors who don’t need these pizza club turtles but only the accessories

Drives me insane neca makes all these swappable parts and yet none of the turtles match so the feature is almost useless... matte, glossy, now these ones are a totally different shade of green.

As one who doesn't have any neca turtles figs. The main 4 that is. Easily getting.

I still like the style guide ones the best. It’s sad to say I’m passing on everything this Haulathon!

Oh and the woozlewuzzle is the flinstones mailbox I think.

I saw the red eyes on pics before and assumed they were empty eye sockets. I probably would have preferred that. Especially since the face is literally just the angry face from the disguise set.

Just bought them along with the super 7 ultimate turtles, love them specially the boxes they look great on display

Big Ninja Turtle guy here. In the Denver area, with the exception of a single Leo/Donny 2 pack with a relatively decimated box, I have literally never seen a single instance of Neca ninja turtles on the store shelves. It used to be maddening but it's gotten to where I don't care at this point. Honestly the new Playmates "origins" line is more exciting. Neca's customer service is about as inspiring as their quality control. :\

It would have been cool if they included an extra head that looked like the Red Sky seasons for all of them. I'm just desperate for a Dregg figure I guess.

To me, this is NECAs attempt at trying to do something good, but we're lazy and couldn't be bothered. It doesn't feel like an "ultimates" figure

I think they are ultimates, but have changed the name due to copyright issues and Super7

Surely the Leonardo alternate head is a 'true' alternate head? The bottom half is newly sculpted and perhaps the top half is too. I don't think your criticism holds up here. Now not all the Pizza Club turtles do come with an alternate head, so that is perhaps shaping your thinking here, but this Leo one ticks all the boxes for what it should be. Raphael also comes with an alternative head, Donatello comes with a cool spinning weapon accessory, and Michelangelo comes with half a new head if you put the chef hat on him.

@@leodenverrex3819 These aren't the alternative heads that Hatter wanted, but they are full alternative heads for Leo and Raph. Donnie and Mikey come with other stuff that compensates for the lack of a full alternative head with them.

Even for someone newly entering this toyline I think this would be disappointing. His expressions are limited with the wide open eyes, and the only way to get a "fighting" expression is with the evil red angry eyes. So you can't really have him face off against villain figures with this pack. Why buy into the rest of the line when he can't "fight" them?

There’s nothing “ultimate” about the crap face options these come with.

I agree it is a very lack-luster head choice. Just painting the iris red, yes painting the pupils red. Not Green, not sheen, not aqua-marine. They painted the eye balls red 🎶

9:15 in your video new turtles aren't as dark green as other people posted pictures, when you get punk 4pack set you should try to mix&match those faces with disguise turltes so we can see how bad new dark-green color turtles really are, thanks for review

Half ass release from NECA in my opinion. Especially for a 40th celebration. Less facial expressions and more random crap accessories in the box that nobody would miss. Should have just re-released the turtles in disguise pack.

Unfair of me to say I suppose. Just a bit ticked with my NECA experiences as of late. If I manage to find these turtles I'd definitely sell the extra accessories. To each his own!

I agree that these pizza club version are great for new collectors but as I already have the TID set, these are kinda meh.

Neca CS used to be the absolute best! Then once they started getting the cartoon turtles at Target they started to suck, and suck, and really suck. Their PR went down the toilet too.

Neca is just lazy, years ago i was able to get a replacement camera for the original toon April directly from Neca even though i bought it elsewhere.

I might skip these. I have the tid version matte and glossy. I’ll get the punk turtles and Casey with the battle damaged foot and I’m done.

These pizza club ones are a pass for me. The little character that comes with each is neat, but not worth the price and space that everything takes up. Hopefully I can find the Punk Turtles, I don't need these.
