Well J. K. Rowling did reveal after the end of the Harry Potter franchise that Lord Voldemort did have sex and begot a daughter, so if there had been Twitter in the 1960s that’s something that Tolkien might well have had gone on to reveal about Lord Sauron, or maybe not.

When Galadriel took her ancient razorsword from the legendary master-smith Gil Lette and went to the local barbecue where she raised that mighty weapon in the air, shouting "Boys will be boys?!? Men must do better!!!" That seriously moved me to tears...

When sauron was chasing galadriel through the sea with the nazgals and they suddenly started flying and galadriel said "They fly now?" And elrond answered "They fly now", damn, my eyes literally abandoned their sockets and melted in my hand, truly a life changing experience, worth the blindness

In my humble opinion, ROP even surpasses Scooby Doo when it comes to ‘the great reveal’. Genius writing, I’m in awe.

When Gandalf said “I’m Groot!”, I shit my pants. Simply one of the shows of all time.

That moment when Halbrand reached out his hand to Galadriel and said "No, I am your father", I started tearing up, what an amazing scene.

I did not watch it, but the amount of amazing content due to this show is amazing. How-to-NOT on writing, costumes, pacing, on everything, sarcastic witty reviews, this show is truly a gift to content creators.

I love this moment when Sauron shout on Galadriel that "You were the chosen one" and she refuses, so Sauron is forced to fight with her on plains of lava on Mustafar. So epic moment! One of the best in TV history!

I fuckn love this show man.. I get the hate because of the lore deviation from Tolkien's writings (that we know so far, like Elven rings before others, but maybe he already did that), but I always loved the way he wrote like someone telling a story of something that happens. Who's telling it? Halbrand might not even be Sauron, but a curveball and maybe the Witch King. I know nothing, but I love waiting and speculating.

I was at the edge of my seat, holding my breath and was waiting for the answer. After the finale, I was in awe . The extremely subtle hints that build up to the reveal was the cherry on top. Masterful writing that would make tolkien himself feel like an amateur.

I was absolutely blown away when Galadriel proved she was a strong independent woman by having a dead husband who is supposed to be alive and said "It's Powering time" as she leapt through the Ring to destroy the patriarchy with her friend totally-not-Sauron Halbrand.

I am so glad I found this channel. This is so much better than actually watching any of these new shows.

The moment when Galadriel said- “the Kings of Middle Earth shall decide your fate “ followed by Sauron’s powerful response - “I Am The Middle earth!” Holy cow, what a scene that was, I realised I haven’t seen what she has seen

I really appreciate the excitement when from one scene to the very next, Sauron travels all the way across the planet to arrive at Mordor itself for the dramatic scene at the end. Truly a masterclass in tension building and world building

When Galadrial threw the orc out of the 32nd window of Nakatomi Plaza, and it hit Sauron's police crusier, then said "Welcome to the party, pal!" I started weeping with joy.

12:25 The voiceover had me shaking on the floor with laughter 🤣🤣🤣

Without doubt one of the most shocking moments in entertainment history! I can image Tolkien himself weeping tears of joy that the show runners could craft such an intricate web of suspense and mystery using his characters and world. It will be looked back upon as the gold standard to all aspiring writers as the precise way to bring a story like this to life. Bravo Amazon, I had my doubts, but the results speak for themselves!

Its amazing that it took most KZreadrs all of the first episode to guess how this was going to end, truly amazing writing.

The pivotal part, from what I've heard (I have yet to watch a single episode), happens at the end, in the interrogation room, and Guy-lad Riel puts together all the clues; drops her coffee mug, and figures out who Kaiser Soze was all along.

"You'll find yourself in Wonderland ...or Mordor" LMAO. ...what a twist!

These writers and showrunners are so great I thought for a moment that I WAS SAURON. Blown away when it turned out to be Halbrand.

For a moment I was convinced that it was really me and Halbrandt was a bad pretender and double of me. I felt offended.

Truly groundbreaking, the way they continuously subvert my expectations in unprecedented.

The biggest red herring is that in the first episode they establish cold fire indicates the presence of great evil, then meteor man touches down and the murderous protohobbits make a point of saying the fire at the crash site is not hot

I really thought the Uruk-Hai that killed Boromir in the movie was Sauron. I never thought Celebrimbor was Sauron. What an epic show!

Not only is this show a masterpiece as a TV series but the story can be considered one of the best Literature of all time. It surpasses Milton's Blank Verse in Paradise Lost, has a greater impact on the western canon than Homer, more mystical than the Divine Comedy and dialogue to rival that of Shakespeare himself.
