After extensive testing, I've found this is possible for Zelda. It requires a perfectly timed double jump one frame before touching the lava at the furthest possible point into the horizontal portion of the tunnel and a directional input for Farore's Wind that's only consistent on a joystick that sends her slightly higher up. I don't own a joystick compatible with the Nintendo Switch, so this took several hours to succeed in, but I did eventually get her across without any damage. I'm sure a few other failed character tests are somehow possible through more precise controls as well. Greninja comes to mind as a possibility.

Pikaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... *dances*.

​@@haitikeWario bike is also pointless as Steves blocks. All abilities should be allowed, except those who are influenced by other characters, like sonics roll attack or kirbys copy skill. As long as a character can do it without outside help, it should be allowed.

At first I though “Thats so easy” and then I saw how tight the lava tunnel was

i feel like Game and Watch could have made it by using the parachute and gliding a bit toward the end of the L and THEN doing the jump combo. sadly i'm not the best at playing the game (much less recovery) so if somebody could test my theory it would be appreciated

Ice climbers: at last another challenge where we both make it.

i had a feeling like Falco could have made it with Up-B if he had a little more height.

Peach and Daisy love horizontal challenges because they always win in those challenges

I wonder if Squirtle could've made it if you double-jumped before Withdraw? It seemed pretty close.

Yeah, that one seemed odd.

If Luigi was a bit higher, he would have made it.

I don't know how much of a difference it would make, but did you try a fully charged reverse aerial neutral for Mii Gunner (the Samus-esque one)?

I have a question why does Jigglypuff and Mr. game and watch always hurt Kirby when they win?

Greninja definitely could've done that

This challenge was made for small characters like Kirby and pikachu

Too easy for the ones that made it, especially Kirby and Jigglypuff.

I’m not sure if fox could have made it with his up B, but that could have made the difference
