It always surprises *me* how Peach/Daisy float, which requires a jump input to activate, doesn't count as a jump input.

That, and Lucas has better air mobility than Ness. Plus, Lucas' version of PK Thunder is a bit easier to control, as it can be easier to use in tighter spaces. These all explain why Lucas does pretty well on a lot of these challenges that requires good movement.

Honestly i think toon link has the better recovery (for the challenges) he’s more floaty

I think if you do a Homing Attack after Up B Sonic could do it. Kirby looks just close enough to be in range.

Well no for sure with Sephiroth. The only air movement change one winged seph has is an extra jump, which he can't use. Joker can't because a similar reason, except his arscene recovery is worse

If Mario cannot make this challenge then why is he calledJumpman?

Yes. Because Link gets bombs whenever he wants and Joker has to fill a meter first to get Arsene
