It is a shame though that whitney did not take care of herself very well. In this video you can hear her voice is in full decline. While prince is as great as ever. I wish they would have been on stage like this a decade ago, or better yet, in the early nineties.

You do know they knew each other off stage right? With their schedules and crazy lives, they probably never had a chance to do anything together. Her people were his people aka Clive Davis, Sony and more. The same people behind Whitney were the same people behind Prince. Why am I explaining this?

It still hurts my heart that they are no longer here, but I find solace in knowing that I grew up in a fabulous error in music and these two powerhouses were definitely a major part of that time in music. There will never be another Whitney Houston and there will never be another Prince... I'm so thankful that I grew up in a time where they both excelled and ruled the music industry. I think both of them for all the great music and all the memories....... Both gone too soon but loved always 🙏🏾

Queen Nikki Doll They had a huge admiration for one another. They were both the 1st of their kind. Overall Whitney was the bigger star during their primes. I think Prince was kinda disappointed in Whitney but still was a fan of hers and vice versa.

Alice WW Most of Whitneys tour grossing is unavailable to the public. However she grossed more per night than Tina. Tina had to tour twice as much to get that amount. Whitney since 1987 broke attendance records and her tours touched every Continent before Tina or Prince. Tina and Prince are European/N. American icons. Whitney is a bonifide GLOBAL ICON. Your only chance in debating Whitney in this is mentioning Michael Jackson otherwise I'm not hearing it.
