Chorus:
Ever since I met you
You're the only love I've known
And I can't forget you
Though I must face it all alone
All at once, I'm drifting on a lonely sea
Wishing you'd come back to me
And that's all that matters now
All at once, I'm drifting on a lonely sea
Holding on to memories
And it hurts me more than you know
So much more than it shows
All at once

Whitney is and will always be the queen... In terms of power and ability, I think Celine Dion, and maybe "old school" Mariah Carey are the only ones that even come close to comparing. But not quite...

Technically, Mariah is better. And there are or were many, many equals. Take for instance all the famous jazz singers the USA have spawned, and the woman who did a Whitney song at AGT. And maybe singers who don't reach that high note, but produce lower notes that Whitney couldn't.

I feel the hurt of what she went through her childhood and her adulthood. She like a old soul of what I see her interviews since she was younger back then because she old fashioned who wear comfortable clothes like * jean pants, t-shirt, suits, like my grandma was old fashioned. It really hurt my heart right now because I am not happy when they judge down on people who went through their life struggles. Makes me sadden and so upset at the same time because they’re careless about something else is business and greedy than sorry for others. I feel really sorry for Whitney because she just a beautiful inside and out in person and a sweetheart. The Bible tell you about judging, at James 4:12 reads : “There is only one who is Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and to destroy. But you, who are you to be judging your neighbor?,” it’s not good to to judge other’s of what they went through behind doors because humans are imperfect like us. ... It breaks my heart hear it when Whitney was singing this beautiful song ‘All At Once’ that reminds of her, how it describe. ... The Bible will tell what will happen in the future of how God will destroy the wicked ones and will get rid of the sufferings on earth, at Psalm 37:8-11 reads : “Let go of anger and abandon rage; Do not become upset and turn to doing evil, For evil men will be done away with, But those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth. Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. But the meek (righteous ones) will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.” The Bible is telling you to love your neighbor and that he will love and care for you, at John 13:34 reads : “ I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, you also love one another.” Or at Matthew 22:39 reads : ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ because we have to pray for those that went through their problems and who needed help from God and secondly, to forgive others but you never forget of what they did to you in the past.
The great Whitney Houston
AAO had a groovy performance with a soulful singing voice. Great and worth listening to.
This is my ABSOLUTE favorite Whitney Houston song 🎵 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ 😅T
I consider this song one of the most difficult of all her songs. Fantastic performance. RIP
She didn't need to add tonnes of melismas to sound angelic Her voice is just PURE and unmatched Whitney's the greatest vocalist of all time 👑

So reminds me of losing my grandad in the 80s id never experienced grief before this was his song
Best record she ever did
Gone 11 years today, 2/11/2023. I love you Whitney, and will always love and listen to you! ❤💜🕊️🕊️
She was the best female singer ever and she meant every word she sang. She had a lot of pain in her life which made these songs more meaningful cause she lived them.

Whitney was very rich! She left Bobbi Christina about 20 Million! I do not feel sorry for this great singer! She could of beat her cocaine addiction! There are substitute substances that doctors give people to wean their body from that stimulant drug! Whitney had low willpower and she should still be here entertaining the world ( only God is perfect and Whitney made human mistakes/ RIP)!

@@kdtennis1 your right hes only perfect thats why i believe he makes sure everything and everyone will eventually disappoint you to show you that no love can be more perfect than Gods his glorious love is what saves and heals restores we as humans make mistakes he knew we would and that's why his mercy is from everlasting to everlasting
I watched the movie the Bodyguard last night, and I can't get her off of my mind. Amazing how you can love someone you never met. Whitney Houston was a true legend. and the fact that she has moved on to the other side makes it so bittersweet to remember her. I know she is having fun and Laughing now in Heaven. It will be a Great day to see her once again. I'll get to meet her then. 🙂
These nostalgic songs were so naive that they were the true sounds of transcendent feelings. I see that no matter how different our countries are, our longing for the naturalness and love of the past is very similar.

So true!
This song gets me emotional, among other tracks. When I was 8 years old in 1986 when I first Whitney belting out "Greatest Love of All" and this album, she became a hero to me with her voice that year. I had this pink radio with a tape cassette deck and microphone, and I would sing along to Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson tracks mostly. I actually the first two Whitney Albums, on tape. And I think of my mother who is in heaven. They are both in heaven, "Whitney give my mother a hug for me".. My mom loved Whitney's voice also. This song is a tear jerker. R.I.P to two angels.

It is horrible black people said Whitney was a sell out singing songs like this....this is a song that is a gift to the world...after her 2nd record her songs were so so because she wanted a r and b sound and no more pop songs like this too bad.....

@@US_ARMY_25_INF._DIV. they were jealous because she was able to attract people from every part of the world. She made the album "I'm your baby tonight" to please the black community. I'm black too and I love all the Whitney's song. Music doesn't have color!!
