Fishing for whitebass or sandbass as we call them in Oklahoma with my Great Nephew. Fast action fishing with Jerry Starkey owner of Starkey Outdoors guide service. Fishing on lake Oologah in N/E Oklahoma in October. We were using Ruben Flores custom jigs. Fishing out of my Seaark Procat 240 boat.

    Do you locate those fish on sonar then fish them? I usually have to troll for them or see them busting Shad near the bank.

    I do what you mentioned but also have some known hangouts by some terrane transitions.

    Probably so. I was guiding a crappie trip and needed to tuck in out of the wind.
