The right managed to come up with the hands down stupidist way to describe how many men these days - swaddled by capital not soy - are weakling losers. Their diagnosis is insane and stupid, but the nature of the insult isn't entirely baseless. Also all the Chapo boys are at least part soy if anyone is soy so the the usage is 100% ironic.
