this guy is much better than Laoshu in almost every language he spoke in this video, I could understand everything without rewinding the scene. He doesn't sound native but all his words are super clear.. and his grammar is on point. Laoshu's mandarin is quite decent but everything else is almost unintelligible unless you really really try hard to listen to what he's trying to say.. his grammar is all over the place too..

@@robinharris1837 nahh, this guy sounds way more fluent. Also, you can tell by the people's reaction that they can understand him right away. This guy is pretty good at using slangs and colloquial. He also nails the native accent of that language. Have you even tried watching most of Laoshu's vids? the people he talks too are so confused at first because he sounds like google translate most of the time. His accent is also predominantly American for whatever language he speaks.

I speak four European languages and always speak them when I travel. I understand more, but don't speak them very well. On my last trip to Europe, I was told by a waitress in Bergen Norway that I spoke the old language very well. So it seems everything evolves. She was very sweet, asked me where I was from, and said I spoke like her grandfather, and she liked it. Since I'm 72, that was probably appropriate. Knowing multible languages when you travel is a huge benefit and a great way to make friends.

To know 3 languages are a blessing, to know 10 languages are expert level, to know 17 languages are god level......but to know 27 languages thats humble friendship right there. It break the ice of making new friend knowing the opposites are more comfortable when we spoke in their own language. It breaks the barrier among humans. Kudos to you!
