100 mL and 100 g are the same. 2/5 of a cup if you are using that method, but I highly recommend you get a digital scale, it will make your life much easier, and your baking more consistent. I'm from the USA and I use a scale almost exclusively now.

Hey, you can use heavy creams too but they are usually sweetened .. so that makes it a lot more sweeter

Hey, setting it before whipping will depend on the climate around you. It can take 15 mins to even an hour and half to 5-6 hours also if it’s too hot. As you have to set it in room temperature. Not in the fridge.

Hi. I made this whipped ganache also added some butter to it and whipped it. When I added gel colour it kind of split. How do we fix that?

Ideally once you add colour mix it well using a beater. It should come together. If not put colour in your cream before mixing with chocolate
For 3 tier 2 kg cake this quantity is enough?

both whipped n non whipped can be used to frost the cake..non whipped one is more sturdy and is usually used under fondants.. whipped one is more easily spreadable.people usually use whipped one inside of cake and ninwhipped one to cover the cake but there is no rule u can use anyone❤

not necessary to whip it to cover the cake. ideally yes, refridgerate it
Hello! I really really hope someone can help me with this. So i wanted to make white chocolate ganache. I did and used the exact same steps in same order. Same temperature, same ingredients. I don't know how but like it split like ghee and butter. Like dough and liquid. After that i went on KZread thinking i had done something wrong. found your video And like you executed it perfectly. Please let me know what could have went wrong and how can I improve it.

Hey, keep it in a cool room. Pls don’t refrigerate for setting. It will give you uneven set ganache which will be very lumpy. A cake covered in the same coming up soon :)
