Fantastic video, however the heating element can be replaced without remove drum or moving electronics. Remove lower front panel and remove single screw holding the stand to the heating element cage. Take note of wire locations and remove all wire connections to heating element cage. Remove top cover and entire back panel. Remove primary air duct which is attached to heating element cage and the entire duct and cage slides out the back of the dryer.

I agree there are easier ways to fix these things but my my videos are for those who want a basic step by step tutorial.

What happens if we mix the wires will we just have to try and reconfigure to get it working

Before you remove any wires you always take a picture of the original wires so you can reattach the wires with confidence. If you need to label the wires with colored sharpies works as well
If y'all had an old simple dial one, 15 minutes and 10 minutes putting back
I'll order from whirlpool, I'm not supporting a job eating delivery service. Other than that, great video.

Most models have the model and serial numbers on the front right behind the door. If not it’ll be on your diagnostic sheet on above or behind the control board
