I used to be lonely but I learned to enjoy doing everyday things. Making food, playing in the dirt and I stopped focusing on how alone I was. I decided to make my daily life filled with beautiful tasks- no matter how mundane they were.

It’s a team effort! I develop the recipes, write the books/blog, photograph, do the cinematography, editing, sound editing, and operate our social channels (among other backend things). My mom designs the set and stages crafts, illustrates our books and products. If there is a more intricate craft, she painted it. My dad built out the set and farm structures.

Just a little tip I learned from my mom! If you want to break the eggshells without losing an egg, it's a good idea to break them all in the same pan with a little bit of cold water, swirling the eggs around in the pot so that all sides of the eggs are being cracked on every side (i recommend at least 2-3 eggs in the pot and not a whole bunch of them) and then use a spoon to carefully wedge it between the shell and egg! Cold water stops the cooking process but also hardens the outer layer of the egg and the spoon is more nimble than a human finger. I usually go for the spot in the egg where the air bubble formed and I carefully wedge the spoon through there! I hope this helps! I love your channel and your cooking videos, I want to cook and have a cozy life too, Jesus Christ bless you and keep you.

You say its your fantasy kitchen but you have the skills! Maybe this kitchen is a studio or something? Idk, most people fantasize about being able to cook and make beautiful things though and you actually have that! I wish i knew how to make time to do stuff like that for fun AND record it. Your blueberry buns are very similar to the Kolaches (Danish) which I just learned about and explored the recipes and came up with my own. I use cream cheese for those. Seems many recipes throughout Europe are very similar.

Those deviled eggs looked scrumptious. I'm definitely trying out all the little tricks you showed us - loved the presentation. Sweet kitties and healthy chickens too. It's always good to help out the wildlife, I don't 'feed' them but I grow a long row of elderberries and all sorts of things they can munch on year-round in our climate. Providing a water source in the heat of summer and drought is important here so they can cool off, bathe and drink. There is a line at their favorite birdbath - I guess that means I need another one. Love your 'fantasy' kitchen.

I’m not sure if you do this too but i add a splash of white vinegar to the water when i boil my eggs. It makes the shell easier to peel off.
