Nah not really, Jay Cutler is 50 in few weeks and he looks amazing, training almost every day, not doing full reps actually saved his joints and gave him one of most iconic bodies in history of bb, Arnold is something like 70? And pretty much in shape, yea he was on bunch of gear but also had probably best chest ever, Ronnie is a story for itself guy was bodybuilder lifting weight strongmen do, he squatted what like 800? For reps, his biggest regret? Not doing more reps.... enough said, he is crippled rn but there is a reason for that and its not ego lifting, Tom Platz and Arnold both said "cheating" sometimes is just as beneficial as it puts more stress on the muscle when you are going past the failure, ofc you should keep a good form but it doesnt mean you cant cheat to get that extra rep or set in

Consider that our universe has a system in place for discovering its secrets. A way in which you can only personally look within yourself to see what lies beyond. The truth is that the Bible contains this information. It is within the inner work Jesus Christ taught. Though forgiving others and processesing your emotions in a positive light, you heal bits of your soul that clutter up the truth within. Jesus Christ is lord. Please trust me. Enough to see for yourself what I mean. Read three books of the Bible. Genesis, Mathew, and one you chose yourself. It's important to really understand what this is all about personally. God reveals things to you as you put in the faith to try. Faith isn't belief, it's efforts made based on belief. It can be as simple as the faith it takes to try. Open the book. Download an app, please. Eternity is true. Jesus Christ is the way truth and life.

I started as a science based lifter, following adivce of a select few lifters on how to best train my self. I neglected compound lifts and trained mostly with machines, i got tired of still being small and weak after a 9month time. So i just started doing the "ego lifting" route, doing mostly free weights and compound lifts. I am now bigger and stronger(been 2 years now) and I do not regret being an "ego lifter"
