Small objection to Wario having Miridon, as none of the other characters in the marioverse (besides Rosalina who's somewhat of a cosmic diety) were given legendaries. But I suppose it makes sense that the greedy guy would try to get the best ride one way or another, but cyclizar would give similar results with the added bonus of the airheaded executions of his schemes, like he tried to get the box art legendary, but mistook the average lookalike instead.

I agree. I think that wario having a miraidon is kind of ridiculous not because it is a legendary but it is from the future. Wario has an old motorcycle so a cyclizar would make more sense.

Also because it’s shell is dangerous to touch. Bower because it’s spiky and Turtonator because of the poisonous gases it releases as a literal walking mine field.

Rosalina's other three Pokemon should be Minior, Lunatone and Solrock.

I'd also give Wario a Ghimighoul or Gholdengo, for his greediness, and Daisy a Cinderace, for her love of sports.

Two more pokemon for the good guy side would be, Gallade and Lucario. Both are protectors and are considered heroic in their appearances and Pokedex entries. Probably good for Mario and/or Peach. Mario for his heroic title and Peach for her much-needed loyal protectors.

I think Luigi's final Pokemon should have been Greavard or Houndstone to better represent his relationship with his ghost dog and represent his relations with ghosts, and they are said to be just as loyal as Growlithe.

Breloom also jumps around so that makes sense for Mario. Bowser and Blastoise were meant for each other, I mean Bowser is basically a fire/dark type Blastoise

On top of that, there's the people who do the editing, the people doing the voice-over, and a few other things going on behind the scene. Not to mention that MANY scripts are being turned into videos at the same time by multiple people. All of that can add up to more than 2 weeks. They are trying to juggle a lot at once. So I politely ask that, before you start accusing someone of making excuses, please consider the work involved, the many people doing the work, and all the stuff that may be going on behind the scenes.

I'd give Mario a Pikachu Reason: They're both the main mascots of their respective series/franchises.

I think Rosalina should have had Minior. Not only is it based on meteors, stars and space (linking to Rosalina obviously) but the main thing is its different coloured variations. Minior is easily the best of resembling Lumas based on its colour variations, and also acts and looks like them too. Rosalina would probably have some to blend and bond with the other Lumas.

I think Mega Diancie is a perfect Pokemon for Princess Peach because in the Pokemon anime movie it is a princess and she can help Peach get stronger and braver.

I would would want to see a part 2 for sure because I want to see what Pokémon toad, Kamek, King Boo, Petey Piranha, Diddy Kong, Cranky Kong and Bowser Jr would use.

Brilliant Video! I also like how Rosalina has two legendary pokemon on her team. That makes sense because her role as a cosmic protector is pretty legendary. If you ever do a sequel to this, I’d recommend Captain Toad, Bowser Jr, Diddy Kong, Toadette, Kamek, and King Boo as characters to cover.

You forgot to mention with the Lapras, it could be a stand-in for Dorrie and Plessie.

I find Skuntank to be quite adorable, especially the shiny one.

I feel like Meowth or nickit would be on wario's team, with their heavy emphasis on their affinity for thievery. Also, weezing would be great for his team, with wario being synonymous with smelly stenches.

I'm surprised you didn't give Wario Persian or Gholdengo.

I know it's still quite new but greavard could have fitted growlithe's spot as it's the most like polterpup. A very friendly ghost dog, it's known to follow those that even give it the littlest bit of attention everywhere. It's evolution houndstone is also said to be the most loyal of all dog mons by the dex. Growlithe does bring more type diversity, if his rotom hasn't somehow found a microwave though.

If Wario can get miraidon why can't Luigi get greavard instead of growlith because greavard is a ghost dog perfectly representing polterpup

I have a lots of ideas for a part 2: Diddy Kong. Bowser JR. The Koopalings. Luma. Dixie Kong. King K.Rool. (The next ones aren’t from Mario, but they still deserve a team) Link. Zelda. Ganondorf. Fox. Slippy. Falco. Peppy. Krystal. Wolf. Pigma. Panther. Leon. Andrew. Lucina.

You should do a part 2 of this and include Bowser Junior and Kamek. And nice choices for Bowser’s team. And make one with Sonic the Hedgehog characters like Eggman, Tikal, Chaos 0, Metal Sonic, and Sage.

Here's what I believe could be the Pokemon used by the Banjo Kazooie characters. Banjo: Ursaring, Bewear, and Pangoro Kazooie: Talonflame, Exeggutor/Exeggcute, and Flygon Tooty: Teddiursa, Spinda, and Pancham Mumbo Jumbo: Duskull (and it's evolutions), Yamask, and Alakazam Bottles: Excadrill, Dugtrio, and Sandslash Captain Blubber: Hippowdon, Palossand, and Sharpedo Boggy: Beartic, Avalugg, and Darmanitan (Galar Form) Gruntilda: Mismagius, Banette, and Mandibuzz

Watching this video gave me an idea: What if Star Fox characters had a Pokémon team? (I know Latios and Latias are legendary Pokémon, but what if we gave Latios to the best pilot of the Star Fox team and Latias to the best pilot of the Star Wolf team?)

I would given Peach a Shiinotic over Lilligant because they look like Toads and they play into her slightly mischievous side. Mario or Luigi also need a Blaziken due to it’s jumping prowess

I plan on making a seires of rom hacks that has mario characters using pokemon and battling with them. It wouldn't be too mindbreaking of gen 3 rom hacks but would have connecable between all the game in the seires and other trainers and a list of languages supported. They would also be some obscure secrets and bonuses and refrances to both seires. It would be a fun fangame for mario and pokemon fan alike

@@emoji3266 It also doesn't make for a turtle to have built-in cannons on its back. There are countless things in video games and cartoons and whatnot that don't make sense. For example, Mickey, an animal, owns a pet dog, who is also an animal. Then there's Goofy, who is within the same animal group as Pluto, yet he stands on two legs and talks while Pluto doesn't. Plus, this is all a hypothetical thing for fictional characters, so yeah.

I thought Bowser could also have a Turtonator, Yoshi could have a Tropius just like DK. I love both Jirachi and his movie, the idea for Cosmog is great, maybe Rosalina could have a Staryu too?

For Yoshi Pokémon team is quite accurate on the Lapras part I agree on but second PKMN team I prefer Sceptile on Yoshi team because they are both green & very speedy too & last team member should be a Tyrantrum simple enough being a dinosaur

But not ALL of Gen 9 was an option at the time of writing. I wrote the script for this video back in August. By that point, Miraidon had been introduced, but Greavard wasnt.

If bowser did get a full team here are some choice Pokemon that would likely fit with the main villain of Mario. Tyranitar, Obstagoon, Grimmsnarl, nidoking, and maybe a ghost type.

There was about 2 months in between. But yes, had this script been written later, Greavard would definitely have been in that slot.

There's a good handful of us writing scripts for these channels, and it often comes down to who knows a lot about certain things. I actually also listen to videos like these when driving to and from work, so I can relate to that. Either way, I am glad you find these videos entertaining.
