@mikokbl6531 I wouldnt advise it though I've seen patients on both. Each meds have their own separate side effects so I'm not sure about their interactions together, however if taking Mirtazapine at 30 to 45mg, then you can try but 7.5mg to 15mg is more helpful for sleep

Nytol is fantastic and for me the closest to a prescription sleeping tablet you can buy.

I’m a student nurse, Phenergan is a very good medicine for sleep, nausea and vomiting, and motion sickness. These 1/10 ratings clearly show people using the medicine incorrectly, having an adverse reaction, or it mixing with other medicines they may be taking. If phenergan was that bad it would be prescription and not over the counter.

I stopped pregabalin after 10 years this January and 5 weeks ago took my last codiene after same length. So my next is butrans patches after 20 years use. As you can't taper with patches I'm now back on codiene with no patch on. Day 9 still feeling poorly hoping it's not going to last much longer.

I might as well just take the off brand allergy medicine compared to benadryl I can get at the dollar tree. I only need to sleep 3days a week as I work nights 3days a week and have a hard time sleeping during the day 😔 and drink chamomile tea ☕. Thanks for the video 💕

Studies have recently shown that, taking benadryl, or its generic equivalent for long periods of time, it doubles your chances of getting dementia later, which sucks for me because up until recently I was taking it every night for the last 10 years or so. I thought I was having memory problems because I smoke pot, but now I'm thinking that I might be getting Alzheimers.😬 Be careful taking benadryl ✌️

I took Zanax for years after 2 of my children died, because of anxiety attacks. Now I can't sleep at night and its been over 2 years since I stopped taking them. Because of these people who abuse drugs I can no longer take them, I also use a pain med Tramadol and doctors will no longer let you take both. I am 75 years old and have never abused a drug never needed them and now that I have Anxiety and a bad back (I can no longer even walk a block) I know I will not live a lot of years longer, but I guess I will have to live it in a lot of pain.

You should consider going to a sleep clinic as they can offer sleep therapy without need for medication

I can't get phenergan over the counter in the republic of Ireland! How can I buy them when I haven't got a pay Pal or money in the bank? I hope dalmane are back in this silly country!!!

For some folks, yes. For others, it can be an overly demanding workday and/or loud neighbors, speaking from my personal experience. I wish my clear conscience helped those two variables, but Melatonin is my go-to.

no over the counter sleepmeds work theyre rubbish but good if you have alergys but not sleep for gods sake

I miss roofies SOOOO much!! They were the best sleeping pills ever made. The best sleep I ever got. Stupid, bad people ruined it for everyone😢 Now they're illegal in my country. I can't even get a doctor to prescribe me Xanax without jumping through a thousand hoops. America the free, my ass!!!!

Benzos are dangerous stuff ...playing with fire. Way too easily addictive - for me. Withdrawals even after only taking microdose, even only for a few nights.
