I have the SD. Great launcher. I also added the laser as an extra deterrent. Shining the laser in the eyes of a mad animal can also usually be enough. Looking 4ward to visiting the Las Vegas shop next week. 👍

I bought an LE because 8 gram co2 cartridges are hard to find. 12 gram cartridges are easy, lots of pellet guns use them.

For the LE, would we be able to remove the safety and make it like EP? I have an EP and discovered that it's just an SD without safety.

LE when I can afford it so for now my SD/XL will have to do

Would like a more concealable .50 caliber 7 shot mag, with 8 gram cartridge and option for 12 gram upgradability.

What is the adjustment screw in the back of the bryna and which way do i turn it to max it out

I'll give a shot to the LE....

There's been a shift since the pandemic a lot of crazy people are now out on the road and in the subway this is where most of the problem is starting so I'm looking for a new solution to deal with the problem one more thing I am a photographer and I'm noticing a big demand in robberies and theft😢😢😢😢

LE is sold out, im here in California, can i order black one or just orange, compliant to CA?

From what I can find on the website, the only thing not CA legal are the pepper balls. Color doesn't matter.

Yes, same power for both. The EP is just more compact and no safety switch.

Dumb question here (but also not a gun-owner nor ever fired one)... so does not having the External Safety mean that you can inadvertently fire it by mistake if you are not careful?

Hello, and no having the external safety function on any gun lethal or non-lethal is so you can not inadvertently fire it by mistake if you are not careful, no matter how many times you pull the trigger. Thats why though for one, never put your trigger finger on the trigger unless you know you are going to fire a shot that second and two, a proper function check of any gun you would own in this case the Byrna to make sure it is always working properly should be done. A function check should be done once as soon as you receive a gun and at least once after every time you use it.

I thought they were electric or like tazers which are more powerful....

Another comment, with the 12 gram co2 cartridge in my LE I can get 18 rounds from the gun before it stops working.

Too expensive

BYRNA SUCKS. SECOND CARTRIDGE GOT 3 SHOTS. AND BE SURE TO CARRY AN EXTRA CARTRIDGE BECAUSE THEY LEAK AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SHOT WHEN YOU THINK YOU DO.
