Being skinny isn't the real problem. But India is still the diabetic capital of the world due to the bad diet and lifestyle. Dozens of people in my family have it. Even though our older generation consumed a lot of carbs, they mainly were farmers, blue color workers etc and their day to day work demanded such a high calorie diet. Hence they remained healthy. That isn't the case with the modern generation.

@@anshadedavana He is not saying skinny. He is saying skinny fat. And also more non veg helps in appearance. Your physique will be better. All those older generations were mostly small, skinny. There may be few that are different like my own grandpa who is nonveg but still had rice as primary food. Eating non veg more is the safest bet.

Sometimes even if I don't have the allergic foods, I'm getting diarrhoea. Sometimes I'm suspicious of having IBS. Is it because I don't have enough good bacteria? If so, shall i take any probiotic supplements for increasing the good gut bacteria?

Thanks for the lovely video doc. Conventional wisdom states that Beef is the best red meat for building muscles and you also have mentioned this in a few of your earlier videos also. Some how this video seems to be giving the impression that Goat is a better protein source than Beef and one should choose Beef over Goat "only" if there is a budget constraint. This statement seems to be shaking the undisputed king of body building aka Beef. Am I to understand that this video is from a general perspective and still Beef is the "king" when it comes to muscle building :) Please do clarify doc. Thanks :)

For weight loss it’s is better as you can low fat , same protein and similar micronutrients. As the cost component is twice as much beef over all wins . If cost is not a problem I advise my weight loss patient who want muscle goat and others who just want muscle gain if they eat it beef especially the low fat cuts mostly and an occasional fatty cut of beef .
