    Why the restaurants are not willing to fit a cctv camera in kitchen area? Go to the back side of restaurants and not directly to AC room. Then you will never go to that restaurant in life time. Eating outside is not healthy in general, but road side shops are transparent & see the ingredients and the preparation method. Eat if you like the food & place. Restaurants should put a cctv on their kitchen & show it on the dining area if they are really hygienic.

    Sister, me too suffer from migraine past 10 yrs. But no cure, we have to change lifestyle thats it. Good sleep at same time everyday, avoid coffee, take things lightly in life, etc... Would help

    For me suffering since 17 yrs .Only taking tabs like dolo and vasograin .But now I'm doing accupunter therapy .It is working .U can also try for 15 days based on your availability .But it's a bit costly .U can try

    I too suffering..2 to 3 years I took medicine from neuro-doctor..no use.still I am suffering. When I will suffer, I go outside and take coffee or taking spicy food or taking onion raitha...no worries...😊

    Pls try magnesium, get more balanced salts and minerals. Sleep well, eat healthy and practice meditation to not let your emotions get the better of you. Discipline is the key. I have migraine from the last 30 years and now after years of discipline I don't have migraine from the last 2 years.

    I m one of the victim for migraine 15years back. I took alot of painkillers which ruined my health. But I was able to overcome it with yoga . Try it if possible. It really helps

    If you sit one hr then 500 steps, if you sit 10 hrs then 500*10 = 5000 steps that's what he mentioned if I'm not wrong
