I agree with you on all the points! Huge collector here also. I am also a fellow Suspiria fan. I have 3 copies also The 3 Disc DVD set, my Blu is the Ultra Limited Black Box edition (w/coin) and My 4k edition is Signed by Barbara Magnolfi (Olga).

There is just something really nice about being able to just look at your collection isn’t there? Suspiira is a movie I had a now issue triple dipping on

I was neutral on this for a long time (with the exception of collectors box sets). However when streaming services started to chop and change what they have in the library and have actually started to edit movies for "sensitivities" I've swung hard towards physical media. Also a lot of streaming services don't have full catalogues of horror film franchises (there is always one or two movies missing due to some random licensing issue). The cost of players can be a con for physical media, especially if you want a region free device.

I agree. You just never know how long something is going to last on a streaming service. The price of players and discs is only going to go up i worry with this market becoming more and more niche.
