So the question is - as we go further than 45 degrees, the deltoids get activated more, and as we go below 45 degrees, the activation of muscles concentrates more on chest. By theory of similarity, can't it be said that the more we go into decline mode, the more it activates the lower chest?

incline press is more functional and targets the upper chest
I have noticed arnold always use to take his knee beyond his toe while squating and that helps me in getting quats contraction however when i dont allow my knee to go beyond toe it comes more on my lower back than the quads , which one is correct ?

Sir i want to maintain good body shape by daily exercising in home only by optimum weights and traditional exercises like pushups, pull ups etc... I don't want to be a professional body builder. For my case flat bench press is enough or I should do both inclined and declined bench press.

Tempo training is good for all pain can be due to soreness or due to a wrong movement U have to differentiate between the two

Then u may be doing the movement wrong Tempo has no role.to.play in this In fact slow tempo is much safer in joints Just check which exercise caused this
