I think it's because The World was very stoic and rarely changed expression. C-Moon acts like a child because it had to be directly ordered around by Pucci. Whitesnake is... well, his rash canon self. King Crimson has a personality based on Diavolo's, but way less paranoid - because Diavolo used KC as a mask to hide himself behind. And Killer Queen is flirty because... Well, look at it.

Friendly reminder that stands are esentially a manifestation of the user's personality and desires. So , in a way, this is how their respective users would act if they had no inhibitions whatsoever. It is really interesting though that the World is completely mute here. I like it, it works on multiple levels. Not only is it ironic that the most flamboyant and loud character in the series has such a quietly menacing stand, but it also works with him being a mirror of Star Platinum; a stand that's loud and over the top, but has a user that's quiet and stoic.

I think it’s really funny that King Crimson is seemingly the most normal of the Stands since his users only desire was just to be left alone and not be bothered by anyone.

Kinda hope Notorious B.I.G. appears even in a small appearance. As a stand that could be apocalyptic if it landed somewhere like a forest as it would immediately start spreading rapidly. Anyways I feel like from what I have seen I don’t think the stand is talked about enough even though it has an easily achievable apocalyptic situation once it makes contact with an area that has a large amount of plant life.

Imagine if D4C rode a train into Killer Queen's cat cafe

to be fair tho, time stop is a direct counter to MIH time acceleration IF the time stop duration was long enough which is maybe around 10 second for it to really work. MIH didn't cancel the time stop nor does it move inside time stop, it merely make it so that the time passes in time stop go by faster so if the limit was 5 second it got reduce down into 2~3 second. so if we put Dio at his greatest high(after drinking joestar blood) where he can time stop for a whole 9 second and more if he got some time to get used to it, he could technically time stop long enough to put a few hole into MIH. Jotaro could have also won by puching pucci in time stop if he doesn't pick jolyne. But in the end it all just an IF

I like how Killer Queen can talk even though we've never seen it talking in the series but The World has no voice lines at all because all it does is stop time, beat up Jotaro and kill people at Dio's request...
