I recently read through the comic creator's tumblr posts gor this AU, and the reason for GER's attitude here is so interesting. They were created after GE was destroyed. Inheriting only a single moment of malice from Giorno, they wanted to destroy. He sent Diavolo into the death loop, and eventually became obsessed with him. A side comic has GER complain about how Giorno never let her (yeah, they have pronouns 🤯) put everybody into infinite death loops, and threatens both Stone Free and Crazy Diamond when they try to talk to him. They're apparently only afraid of Star Plat, though.

I kinda viewed it more as being a pawn for GER Fugo always cowed to the strongest’s will. It’d make sense that PH would continue following the strongest known. Even though GER doesn’t need protecting he swoops in to aid the strongest even if it means ditching his friends.

GER being a cocky prick looking down on the other protagstands makes sense from another prospective as well. Out of all the protagstands, GER is the only one that's autonomous. Only one other is shown to even be fully sentient in canon, that being Spice Girl, and none of the others can operate freely. The only other autonomous stands belonged to villains or side characters.

I like how stands are depicted in the comics, they are essentially imaginary friends who are based form our own subjective and expierance, to the point if the user wanted to be powerful they need to believe non-tangible beliefs and become overly driven egoist, the granduer the delusion the more powerful the stand

I am so mad that we never got a continuation of Giorno's story. Part 5 really doesn't go onto the moral implications of what Giorno's goal is. Sure he took over the criminal underworld to dismantle it, but that doesn't remove the fact that, especially if we're taking Purple Haze Feedback as even remotely canon, after the end of Part 5, Giorno would be doing the same thing as Diavolo: Controlling people through *fear* It would have been interesting to see where the Joestar in him ends and where the Brando begins now that he has so much power and authority at his fingertips.

I don't think he will play the Joestar in him nor the Brando in him. He fought his fate at the cost of his crew's lives. But he indeed has so much power. Aside from GER, he's still the Gang boss. And while he would try to dismantle the drug dealings from the inside, he's still far from doing everything accordingly. GER also has a will of its own and he only ever appeared when Diavolo challenged his authority. But at what point before GER decides even Giorno's existence is not worth protecting if he can just nullify causality.

It should, after all, where do you think where Giogio's sense of ambition came from? It wasn't from Johnathan, that's for sure. I mean that what drove him to take over the El Passione, not just a justified reason to save lives, but deeper ambition for power and control. It's a lesser evil found within a greater good. Part 5 was always about the grey, not the black and white.

GE seems to be the Jonathan influence, GER is where DIOs raw power and ego come into play Their both aspects of Giorno but GERs ego prevents herself from seeing it that way - GE just the “warm up” for her entrance in her eyes - what is your first friend compared to the power to rewrite reality itself

Since stands are reflections of the user I'd like to think that, these stands are basically the most honest version of their users soul. And since they aren't controlled by their user, they get more human like Etheir I'm thinking something ingenious, or I'm reaching far lile Michael Jordan in space jam

In my opinion, it seems like specifically Giorno's stands are reflections of his personality. The original GE being Jonathan's side, and GER being Dio's side. Both being parts of Giorno, but GER believing that they are two separate beings all together due to pride from Dio.

Made In Heaven has appeared in the comic. Basically they are really hyper active and like a kid since they didn’t exist for that long. White Snake and C Moon keep them in the a disk (White Snake can still do that) since they are annoying and accidentally dangerous. Heros stands want to kill them since Made In Heaven never actually got defeated in their eyes only Pucchi did.

Chariot Requiem lacks the ability to speak still, and still swaps souls around as a passive so by nature of it, nobody would want to be around them/it (idk which is more accurate) for fear of being endangered by it (except Golden Experience Requiem), cursed with perpetual loneliness as its sole purpose, to protect the stand arrow is long gone.

Golden experience isn’t just Giorno or even his previous name stand. He is his fighting spirit and is connected to his dream of being a gangstar. So I don’t know why GER is talking trash when their creation was just to kill diavolo and therefore way more disposable than golden experience as he was nothing but a body guard for him after diavolo. Golden experience didn’t just protect Giorno. He helped him.

PH kinda saved you there, GE, you wouldn't want to end up like Diavolo.

not gonna lie silver chariot requiem power was kinda lame when i first saw it, like sure the power to switch people soul is strong but it not going to change people stand or anything so really you could say that chariot requiem power is actually weaker than normal chariot.

Wait it doesn't really make much sense for requiem to be permanent tho silver chariot requiem was able to be turned on and off and silver chariot goes back to normal when polnareff figured out how the arrow works in that farm villa, even in the games golden experience goes back to normal in fights if he was permanent it would have appeared like Made in Heaven which is permanent stand in the games. In the novels as well giorno keeps regular golden experience
