We just got our orders, will be there early next year. thanks for the video. Were leaning toward El Puerto for now but will check it all out.

El Puerto is definitely a nice place to live! Safe travels here.

Sadly my house on base looks like it is condemned now, looking on Google Earth. One problem we had off base was the Butano.

dang when we lived there, the houses were two story on base and they were ugly lol yall got the better houses on base now ! This was back in the early 90s . times have changed so much . The houses look way better ! I don't even recognize the neighborhoods anymore, Do they still have a place called the Spanish hill on base ? It was a huge paved street on a steep hill going down into neighborhood, we use to ride our skateboards down it as kids . its probably not there anymore lol

There is definitely a downhill street on base: I don’t know if it’s still as steep as you described it though 😅 I also don’t know what people call it on base since we’ve never lived on base. Lots of houses have been/ are still being remodeled/ renovated so I can imagine lots has changed.

Is housing out in town furnished?
