Extremely informative video - we've lived on the northeast side of SA and didn't know half this much about the northwest side as residents. Good stuff!

We wish we had known more about the different areas of town when we first moved here as well. There’s nothing worse than moving to an area and not liking it because you end up in the wrong part of town.

Would totally be interested to see a video on areas one might want to avoid or even a series in different areas and what they offer. I’ve found quite a few homes in the far west side but don’t know much about the area.

Coming from Pittsburgh, PA and moving to SA in August. With a budget of 900 to 1000 a month, and looking for an apartment or townhouse. Which suburb of SA would I get the biggest bang for my buck? Thanks for the video!

Well to be honest its going to be tough for you. Average apartment rent is around $1200. There are of course a lot of variables I.e. # rooms, amenities, neighborhood etc.
